Such nice quality, best desk chair I've had yet.So worth spending the extra money.Packaging was excellent, assembly a breeze.The leather material is so much better than other chairs that crack and split after time.The padding is supportive and comfortable, provides a good posture.I prefer not using the lower lumber cushion, that's to bulky and annoying for me.Neck pillow is just right.The fixtures and fittings are decent, well made.Reclining and tilt function is solid and stable, I can sleep in this chair easy.Recommended.

Does what it says on the tin, sturdy components, very easy build, and comfortable for a large adult, I find the lumbar and head pillow to be less comfortable personally but the chair comes with both. If you register with andaseat you get a 6year additional warranty also. One thing to note is that this is a heavy unit so I would recommend building the chair where it will be located to save a bit of hassle.

Finally swapped my years old office chair for a proper high back gaming chair.the biggest difference is the back support i now get . The 2 cushions that come with the chair are completely pointless though.they just make your position uncomfortable so i dont use them.armrests are the perfect hight for me as they line up perfectly with my desktop but that is probably just luck.they are fairly hard and only move up and down , no side or twisting movement .chair tips back to almost laying down but i keep it upright for the support.usefull if you need 30 winks during a long gaming session i guess. All in all it suits me , you get what you pay for and there are undoubtably more comfy chairs on the market but you will pay twice as much.

If you are a controller gamer, and wanting to sit on this for more than 2 hours for work or gaming etc, don't even bother, armrests are very awkward and small, very very uncomfortable to sit on for "long" periods of time, no matter what height the armrests are adjusted to, even with armrest cushions I purchased, not comfortable at all, I would say that I have a broad build, and even my elbows do not sit comfortably on the armrests, I had to wait so long for a different model of their chair, and had to settle for this, misery. Do not buy from this company. Or deal with poor build quality, and getting ignored by customer service. Never again.

Bought this to replace my office chair which had little support and was very uncomfortable. Love the replacement, it’s comfortable, the seat is deep enough (one of my biggest concerns as my previous chair made me feel like I was falling off), sturdy and appears well made. So far so good. The arms were already attached but appeared to be the wrong way round, the instructions said to attach them yourself so we did wonder why they were on already, and obviously not too helpful they were attached to the wrong sides. Easily rectified though. Overall it’s great as an office chair and my son also uses it for gaming and seems happy with it.

over the moon with the chair, I've had more expensive chairs in the past that aren't even close to how comfy this is.my only gripe would be that amazon says it has 2d arm rests, which it does not.this is the only thing that lest this chair down.maybe amazon can change the description, as had I known I probably wouldn't have bought it.

Chair is sturdy and stable, doesn't make any noises, the cover material seems durable and the cushions are the type which doesn't deform with time and use, so the chair is likely to last for a long time.Cons: The chair is somehow uncomfortable. Not as curvy as human body friendly as it could be. Not sure if it is because of seat size, BTW this chair seems to suit better a child in terms of seat size, I wouldn't recomend for an adult, perhaps 15 years old max. So beware, beauty and sturdiness but somehow not very comfortable.
