Honestly amazing!
We had lice go through our house and it was really hard to see in my little guys hair, it's dark and very fine. But that blacklight made it sooooo easy to see, it was unreal and we erraticated it because I had that light! Both lights are handy and work really well.

I have altered my review to 5 Stars, WELL DESERVED! Thank you Don!50/50 - 1 works fine and has a nice large area it illuminates. The other has a short and only works for a few seconds and only if you knock it against your hand a few times...***Note, the company has contacted me and at this time, I am waiting for a new light that they have indicated they are sending out as a replacement for the defective one. Great response to my initial complaint and I shall edit this review appropriately upon receipt.******Note, after discussing the issue with the company, they sent me a replacement VERY FAST for the one that was not working very well. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Light worked after I cleaned connectors
Update: 2/11/20016I received a surprise package in the mail today!After my 3 star review because of quality control, the company contacted me on this review and pointed out the life warranty.I was not aware of this and thanked them for pointing this out. Since I resolved the issue myself by scrubbing the connectors with steel wool I forgot about the issue. The company sent me (without me asking) a twin pack replacement with a personal note from Don. This is SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, totally unexpected! 😃 So I change my 3 star to a 5 star!As I pointed out in my earlier review, I like the light!I was about to send it back because one of the lights did not work.The metal connectors were discolored and corroded. How does this even happen to a brand new item?Before I hit the submit button for my refund I tried one more thing.Got some steel wool and dry scrubbed the metal connectors. It worked!I like the light.The three stars are for very poor quality control before sending merchandise out...

Invest in a better one
I put batteries in the first one and turned it on. They were alot smaller than I expected but worked fine. The next day It didn't work at all. I changed the batteries etc. Nothing. Tried the second one and it would only work if you held the battery compartment closed. Not actually tighten it into place with is useless.

Really bright and durable for the price
Works great for charging glow lures. I like that it's small and can fit in my chest pocket of my bibs and it doesn't bother me. These are really bright and only take 3AAA batteries.

Doesn't work half the time
The suck..... I don't know what is up with the glass on it but half the time they dont work... unless you lightly press on the glass..... I thought maybe the lid wasn't on all the way. Honestly, the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because WHEN THEY DECIDE TO WORK they are super bright which I need...

Works okay
You have to get right down on the pee before the light does much good. So you almost have to crawl around on the floor to find something.
