Must need if you do band work at home. Using your hand instead of this effects your workout. I feel like I can contract my muscles better since I can relax my grip with these.

It's a bit smaller than it looks in the photos but it's great for my resistence bands. It's also lighter then you would expect but still feels sturdy which is good.Do note that if your hands get sweaty it will slide all over the handle, a minor issue that can be resolved by applying a tape on it...Overall for It's price I would recommend getting it.

These handles are extremely easy to hook on to a set of resistance bands to make switching from exercise to exercise much quicker and seamless....so much better than handles with clips! The handles are sturdy with just enough texture for a good grip

The handles are good for using resistance bands at home, they feel light in your hands and provide a good feeling while doing exercises. I'd say they're a little pricey but to me that's the cost of doing business and I went into the purchase knowing that.

Works as intended. The handles themselves are not extremely heavy but have enough weight where it feels sturdy in my hand. The grip itself is not as sturdy but feels comfortable. The door stop does what it's supposed to do but not sure about the longevity of it. After just practicing with it in the door there were already dents in the foam. We'll see! So far it looks decent!

They do work, but I was surprised that they were made of tubular pieces and not solid metal. I use them as handles on a cable machine and so far haven’t had any problems, but they are light.
