32 inch Curved Light Bar & Hidden Bumper Tow Hook Mounting Bracket Compatible with Dodge RAM 2500/3500/4500 4th Gen 2010-2019

I have to start with the fact that this kit looks great and was exactly what I was looking for in a bumper mounted light. I like the clevis mounting plates better than the stock hooks, as the ease of using a D-ring over the closed stock hooks makes it worth it to me. The 32” light bar is plenty bright and works great on small backroads or trails, as it will light up all the way to the edges of the roads.Installation of the clevis plates and the wiring of the light was super easy and can be done with some patience and hand tools. I did come to a problem with the light bar mounting plates being too long and me needing to modify them. (I have a 2012 2500 and the problem is either from the earlier 4th gen’s or maybe the 2500s bumper is closer than the 3500s, so be aware there may be minor modification if your in my same shoes.)The modification was easy. I drilled a 1/4 in hole 1 3/4 inches from the base plate, then took a grinder and cut the plate off at the bottom of the old slot to finish it up. Even with that little modification, the installation process was easy and definitely worth it for how much I enjoy the setup.

The light bar came in a separate package via FedEx about a week after the tow hook kit came in. Not sure the reason, but I contacted the seller when the tow hooks came in alone and they responded very quickly with the separate tracking info for the light bar, so props to them for that.Bought this to replace the hack job on the factory tow hooks/light bar the previous owner attempted on my 2014 2500 Cummins. This is much cleaner and everything was an exact fit. I much prefer clevis style tow hooks as well; off-road is a big hobby of mine (not this truck, this is my tow pig) and this is the recovery point I prefer hands down, so I am glad I was able to convert to something like this over factory. I do use this truck for some pulling and recovery so time will tell how strong these are. I will say the welds look great and the steel is BEEFY. I will update the review if I find otherwise, but I have a feeling the bumper mounts will give long before these hooks do.The light bar JUST squeezes into the bumper spot. Contacts on the top and bottom lip. Almost like it was designed for one to go there... I almost rated 4 stars because the light bar output does leave a little to be desired, but for a budget friendly light that isn't pushing several hundred, or even thousand dollars, it does the job I would expect and you definitely get this price's worth of performance. Including some male connectors for the light bar to match the female connectors on the harness would have been nice, but I did have some on hand. Otherwise I would cut the connectors and solder, but the connectors are nice if the bumper or light bar have to come off.Overall very happy. I will update this review if I find problems with anything, but if you're reading this as is, it's a safe bet its working great and I'm satisfied.

Put this light bar with tow hook brackets on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab Diesel. The tow hook brackets are heavy duty and the light bar appears to be well built. It took some patience and maneuvering to get this job done correctly but in the end, I am very pleased with the light and the entire set up. The kit came without instruction so study all parts before installing to be sure everything is in order. I did some night driving in the woods of Michigan's UP and I have to say, this light bar is bright!!!! I will recommend that you get a premium two sided tape for the switch unit which sticks to your surface of choice inside the cab. Good luck!

It fit perfectly on my 2015 Ram 2500 and looked great for the first year or so. Next thing I know, I have sections inexplicably going out. Save your $ buy elsewhere.

I love how simple it is, I hate that I had to figure it out. I put this on my 2016 3500. You need 2 19mms I used the little Milwaukee impact and a 19mm wrench, the wrench was a must have because to take off the old tow hooks it was a major pain. But to mount it the way I did I put the tow hooks on with old hardware, then I installed a piece that goes on each end, then I put the basic L brackets on the tow hook, then held the light up and put the bolt through the sides, then adjusted the left and right and in and out and locked everything in place, then ran the wires straight up then through the cab and zip tied everything in place a neatly and mounted my switch, which I thought was decent. Overall it’s bright, and without it my truck would’ve been totaled. On my way home from work this morning and thought I should turn the light on, next thing I know I was looking at an 8 point buck and by the time I hit my brakes he was in front of my truck, if I didn’t have this light bar, I would have for sure smoked that deere! Highly recommend

Overall the product seems pretty good, but I haven’t put it through any punishment yet. Install was easy, but there were no instructions. If you have any mechanical skills you can figure it quite easily by looking at the product pictures. The supplied switch is junk so I wired it to a 5 pin lit rocker. The yellow wire is power so make sure you run that to the middle pin or #2 if you use a rocker. That would have saved me some time. I would recommend this product for the price. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the switch sucks.

Easy to install

For now I’m rating this 5 stars for packaging, and ease of install. Will see how this bar holds up and will adjust review accordingly.Installation was super simple. Take old hooks off the ram, install new mounts, attach light bar to the mounts.The electrical install was simple too and having the harness made it idiot proof.
