Bought this for my grandson...he absolutely loves it! It is very lightweight so he can pick it up and maneuver it with ease. There was an issue with a bent wheel upon opening the box, but I reached out to the company directly (Marie rocks!) and they sent me a replacement wheel the same day. Excellent customer service!Highly recommend

While most things about this balance bike are great, the most important thing, that it is able to glide and enable my child to balance, is not an expectation met. Unfortunately the front wheel is out of alignment with the back wheel. They are a few degrees off, which makes it almost impossible to get a good glide in. My child is having a hard time getting the hang of it vs his other balance bike we have. Were it not for this issue, we would gladly say this is worth the purchase, but sadly, we are unhappy with the results.***update***This company has sent an apology for the “defective” product and offered to replace it. What a kind gesture; they have really gone out of their way to get ahold of us immediately, and we finally have connected. Upon retrieving the new product, I will re-review the bike. I’m hopeful the next one will be great, as the rest of the bike’s features are great!Ok, I am changing our review to five stars for multiple reasons. The owner of the company wrote us a personal letter to apologize for our defective product, and shipped us a fantastic replacement. It works amazingly, is solid, strong, and brings so much joy to our son! He loves riding it and is already balancing pretty incredibly!

UPDATE*** My sister called the customer service number provided in the box and they were super helpful.They are sending out another bike. I think this company deserves a 5 star rating for customer service alone. Thanks for standing behind your product. I'll be happy to update this review again once the bike is received.I purchased this bike for my nephew for Christmas. The box came unopened and not damaged. When the bike was put together the wheels were so warped they were not usable. The bike was returned for another one hoping it was just a defect. I'm sad to say the second bike came exactly as the first one. I waited too long to return it and now I have a bike that is useless.

Size is okay my son is 22 months and will probably need to wait until he is two to ride it.... He is short though

I will review it as 5 star, but this came with rust on the inner side .And the rust runs deep. I let amazon cs team know and they immediately said to return it for safety. However I having shipped it with me outside of usa , didn't want to go through the tedious hassle of returning and reordering another unit with delays especially when there is no such thing on this side of the pasific available.It's been 8 months since we got this. Took a while for my 3 year old to understand and he refused to sit on it for months, and then corona stopped us from taking him to park. But he has learned it and now is comfortable with it and enjoys it.Cons1. No brakes2. The platform to rest your legs is vague, wished they had a proper platform3. It has a huge lug nut protruding on the back wheels, your child can hit his ankle on it while striding and ouch that I imagine would be painful. Recommend they use those taller ankle protection sneakers to prevent unnecessary injury.This is his best toy and he loves it alot.(along with the paw patrol safety riding gear)Sprayed WD -40 onto inner side of the bike rods and the rust hasn't botheredBike it light but strong enough for my child to take it by himself and play carefree.

Easy to assemble but one of the wheels came bent, the package itself didn’t have any damage.

Had a slight problem with the incorrect hardware. The owner called me on a Sunday and overnighted a whole new bike with a crocodile towel! Made it just in time for my visiting grandson. These are the kind of companies we need to support. The bike was awesome and so cute! My 2 yo grandson was a pro. Great way to learn sense of balance. Highly recommend.
