Very strong flour
I baked one pain au levain with this flour and it was nice and moist and hearty, a little too dense but that was probably my fault.I will try to make 🥖 baguettes with 1/3 of this Poilane and 2/3 Francine supreme farine de blé.Overall it's an artisan product and will keep experimenting with it!!
