Needed for charging batteries
With drone batteries by nature not lasting very long it is essential to have more batteries on hand. What is really great about this charger hub is it is a great way to set up all your batteries to charge but also it works very well to carry around so you can have back-up batteries. The button on the device itself to check the battery levels (even when not plugged in and charging) is huge and very useful. This is an essential for anyone with a Mavic Mini.

Only second to extra batteries this is an essential Mavic Mini accessory
The Mavic Mini combo pack I purchase included the charging dome dock, which is much cooler looking than it is practical. It is nice to keep your drone dust-free, but charging one battery at a time was tedious. It became glaringly apparent when I did a sunset flight with a friend, started charging my 3 batteries at 10pm at night. I'd have to wake up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night to change the batteries to get them all to full to be able to fly the next morning. One other issue is sometimes batteries can be defective and leak or burst while charging. Always charging the batteries in the drone puts it at risk of damage or being destroyed during malfunction. This Two-Way Charging Hub Accessory is well-priced for its build quality and the fact that it smart charges your batteries and remote controller all in one device. The charger is almost all plastic, but it has that smooth high quality feel. Batteries slide satisfyingly into the charging slots and engage with a reassuring click. The thing a lot of people probably won't understand about the charger logic is that the batteries are not all charged at the same time, but instead charged sequentially from the most full to the least full. When you put your batteries in each will show the charge level with individual gauges for each battery. The reason is to get you flying as quickly as possibly so the most full battery is topped off first. If you have a Quick Charge certified charger (5V 3 Amp) you can fast charge the batteries. I can charge 3 batteries from empty along with the remote control in under 3 hours. I haven't timed it, but it is always ready when I want to fly. The batteries or charger don't seem to get noticeably warm. The "two way" of this charging hub is that it also acts as a battery bank, which is kind of nice if you are in the field with no access to power and want to recharge your phone or another device. The USB port will act as a power out using your batteries. I don't really use this feature, but it is nice that DJI made this charger multi-functional.The only minor nitpicks that don't detract from the rating of the function of the device are that DJI doesn't include an AC adapter, which is par for the course as with all of their other products. You need to have your own AC/USB power supply that should be high amp to get the max charge speed. Also the LED indicator lights can be a bit bright particularly if you have it in a bedroom. There is no way to turn off or lower the brightness of the lights.

This makes it convenient to do multiple batteries without having to change the cords every time.
You just plug in 1-3 batteries and let it charge, it takes care of charging and then switching to the next battery without you changing a thing. Works great, well built and fits in the case I have.

A nice product for charging your Mavic batteries and controller
A simple and easy to use product for charging the Mavic Mini batteries and controller. If you got the basic package, the only way to charge the batteries is by inserting them in the drone. This allows up to three batteries to be charged along with the controller.Be aware, this does NOT have a charger. It requires a charger that has a minimum of about 18 watts of output. A simple USB charger from a phone or the computer may not work.I have the Zendure charging base. It has two outputs that can be used for 100 watts of charging and 18 watts. This one works fine with this device. So, it is a simple and easy to use device for charging the batteries and the Mini drone controller. Make certain you have a good charger.

A must have item.
I was worried about the item doesn't include the power source and in the reviews they talked about an 18 watts power adapter, well a fast charging cell phone adapter is more than enough to charge the three empty batteries and the control ideas than three hours so a great must have item.As others mentions, not needed to use the base charger is included in the kit I got because ion lithium batteries are risky of fire, I'm a rc planes pilot and seen some batteries to get fire 🔥, so this charger eliminates that risk because is smart and charge one by one the batteries starting for the more charged so you soon can get in fly again while the others are charged.

If you didn't get the Mini Fly-More bundle, you'll want this!
There are several advantages gained by using this charging hub. Most obviously, you can have three batteries charge in series, highest charged one first, then next highest, etc. Also, if you have a second charger, you can charge a battery in the drone at the same time. It can also be used as a charging station for your other devices, such as your phone. This is a must-have if you want to get the most flying time out of your Mini!
