HPI 03-07 LS Vortec Standalone Harness 4.8 5.3 6.0 (Drive by Wire) (Green/Blue PCM) & MULTEC/Delphi, Fuel Injector CONNECTORS (4L60E DBW)

(UPDATE BELOW 8-4-23) So far so good. Seems to be a well put together harness for the money. Could be wrapped a little better, or instead of electrical tape(which seems to be low temp/cheap tape) Id suggest wrapping in the felt type fabric tape for better quality or weaved loom. I have reworked my own in the past for swaps and this one is very nice for what you pay for. Plenty of length to work with, almost too much, However it does not match GM factory colors to a T. Some wires do most don't. Instructions show a different fuse box setup compared to what I received, so you have to trace circuits to locate which fuse is for what. Should be fairly easy to know if something blows, however. I spent an hour tracing every circuit back to its proper pin location on the PCM plugs and everything checked out as well as the grounds. The wire colors are also different that the checklist in the instruction manual they send you, which actually is a nice manual. There is a page just for checking off connections that lists what colors are to what circuit. It also lets you know what each underdash wire is designated for which is nice. Overall happy with the outcome so far, have not done a first crank yet, so I will update if needed.UPDATE 8-4 - Did my first start last week, harness has been great, no problems at all so far. It has been a true plug and play harness that is decent quality for the money. This is in my 70' C10, and yes as some have mentioned the harness length is very long, especially if mounting under the dash where I choose to put it. I would rather it be this way anyway. I routed the harness through the factory oblong clutch rod hole in the firewall and the grommet fit great with a little maneuvering.

To start, this was a first start attempt success! I purchased this for a ls swap in my jeep, and was a bit skeptical of the affordability of this harness setup, as companies like painless performance are around double the cost. It arrived 3 business days sooner than Amazon said it would, and in the box was instructions, as well as a greeting from the company that included names, phone numbers, and specialties of the techs available if you were to have any questions or issues, so that was a pretty cool customer service experience just at opening the box. Quality was impeccable, nothing out of place. I had read some of the reviews where people had complained that it was assembled with cheap tape or that some wires had to be changed so I was concerned as to what I would get, but the tape was exactly what I use in my shop, no need for loom style tape as they used actual loom tubing material for the construction. They leave you plenty of length on the harness but not so much that you can't tuck it away under the dash with some zip ties. Took me a grand total of about thirty minutes to install, plug and play. The only exceptions would be that I installed different sized ground terminals to better fit my cab ground and battery terminals, not a necessary issue, just my desire. Instructions are clear enough, and even if you were to not have much experience with vehicle wiring this setup is practically foolproof. Started on the first try, runs perfect, all systems function! I will absolutely purchase from HPI in the future and hope this small business takes off!

Came with a nice instruction pamphlet that even included a checklist for hooking everything up. Did notice 2 of the wire colors were wrong but the checklist also has a column to write in the correct wire if so.Used this to swap in a twin turbo LS into my 89 Toyota Cressida. I'm running stock body harness (except AC/Heat) and then tied this into it. Haven't had any issues and it's been running and driving for over a year now. Will definitely buy another for my next LS swap.

Overall great product. Looks good and works good fit good. However cam position sensor had the wrong plug. I was able to modify it to fit. MAF also had the wrong plug but again I modified it (dremel) and it fit. After starting the car I find out the cam position sensor plug was mispinned (A&C) were swapped which is a simple mistake considering the whole harness is new and not reworked. Great price as well. I would buy again!

This harness was very well made and used factory plugs. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. The only down side is the fuse block and relays are really close to the computer and limit where you can mount them. Overall this is a really nice harness, with good tech support. Definitely recommend. 👍

was happy with the price. that's it though...had to changeinjector plugs (my fault for not ordering right ones)O2 sensor plugs were wrongalternator plug was wronggas pedal did not work, harness was wired wrong. after a month of trouble shooting and calling copmpany. I had to pull wiring out of stock harness and bypass new harness, it worked perfect.radiator fan wiring was wronginstructions were blurryfuse diagram was not the same as what I gotDO NOT CHEEP OUT ON HARNESS!! TOOK ME MONTHS TO FIGURE ALL THIS OUT

Was okay but missing a plug

Well i recieved my harness today to find out i had different injector plugs. So i found this paper in the box with contact info. You will recieve direct contact info once you buy in. I sent them a messege and it wasn't 10min later i got a txt back. I ended up calling and we spoke on the phone. I sent them what i had they verified what it was and had the adapters on the way, same day! Harness quality? 10 out of 10 . If you run into a snag just contact them. They will get back to you.
