My wife was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of these elbow pads. There is no "break in" period with these. They are comfortable from the get-go and you quickly forget you are wearing them. Even in 90-degree heat, we have found them to not make too much of a difference in how hot we feel. They are extremely light weight and conform very well to the body. We have noticed they do get small tears in the fabric after 5-6 months, wearing them 3-4 times a week and machine washing and air drying after every other use.Overall, we are very happy with the results. We are mountain bikers, so have had plenty of falls and have remained protected from gnarly scratches and bruising so far! Highly recommend!

I put them on in the parking lot to go mountain biking and I was amazed at how light and comfortable they are. I proceeded to fall over the handle bars about 10minutes into my ride, got up and was surprisingly ok, I went over the bars and landed hard on the pads but they did a great job. I have started to wear them on regular road rides and sometimes I forget I have them on

G Form Pro x2 Elbow pads are light and comfortable. I like the fabric. I do not have muscular arms so the double band at the top inside of the sleeve does stay in place. However, I did feel like I was going to rub a blister because my arm and skin are kind of sensitive. I am not a mountain biker. I am an older rider trying to make sure I don't crash and take off a bunch of elbow skin or crush my elbow. I do not think it is going to protect my bones from a severe impact, but it will definitely protect my arms from a bad bruise or scrape. The plastic/rubber pad flexes and is not scratchy on the inside of the sleeve. I like them.

I'm 6'3" and 275 lbs, according to the measurement scale I ordered a XX-Large. They fit rather good, albeit a little tight in the bicep area. nice pads that can be worn under a long sleeve shirt if need be. I started longboarding in my late 30's, so I figured it is better to be safe than sorry.

Definately go a size up if you fall between sizes based on your 2 measurements. Im glad I did because the size down would never have fit. The first time I wore these I was thinking maybe these are still too small. I almost returned, but tried them a second time and the fit loosened to be more comfortable. The feel great in that they are so thin and they are built to give you full extension. I always hated elbow pads because they restrict too much. Well worth the money to have ther extra freedom. Was 90 out and I feel they do a great job wicking sweat.

These are also relatively narrow, so does not work for women with muscular legs. For men it's fine.

I bought this because they are a sponsor of Ray's Indoor Mountain Bike Park in Cleveland Ohio, well that and I really needed a pair of elbow protection.They have excellent protection. Bummer that I know after wearing them just once...but...They are light and breath well. They stay in place and when you really need them, they will protect you well from the walls and floors at Rays and they take a amazing amount of abuse with barely showing any signs of impact or use.
