Awesome product!
We have flagstone through out our entry, family room & kitchen & it brought out all the color in the rocks. Absolutely beautiful! It also sealed so well that if someone spills something it just sits there until you clean it up or it evaporates. I feel my floors are very clean since nothing can penetrate. I think other folks are putting it on the wrong product.

Too expensive but a fantastic product otherwise
Sealer I use for the slate at our home. Great product but it is expensive. Very durable. Brings out the color a lot. Looks great. Stain resistant. Easy application. The only complaint is the cost.

Aqua Mix Enrich N' Seal Gallon
Aqua Mix Enrich N' Seal Gallon is one of the best sealers I have ever used. I have used it on my natural stone around the water edge of my pool and on the concrete formed rock that forms the water feature of the pool.

Worth it?
I like the way it looks on real rocks but doesn't last very long. Noticed granite rocks starting to fade after about 3 months. Sorry if concerning because this stuff is expensive even at Home Depot.

Aqua Mix Enrich n' Seal
We spent about $4000 to have 18x18 Travertine tile laid in the kitchen and breakfast area of a house we renovated. We were recommended Aqua Mix Enrich 'N' Seal as a sealant. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! Apparently the installers did not follow the instructions to the letter, and the entire floor has been PERMANENTLY RUINED with brown steaks that have penetrated the surface, and left shiny patches in random patterns. We managed to get rid of most of the shiny patches by spending 6 hours with a commercial floor scrubbing machine and Aqua Mix NanoScrub, but the brown stains remain.

Left milky film on my granite
Left a milky film on my granite. I applied as instructed and wiped off using a paper towel prior to 5 min.I think the "wipe completely dry" portion of instructions needs to be STRONGER. I did read this but didn't realize howdry it needed to be wiped. Let me tell you it was a pain to remove and will not use it again. I read an article that some granite is not porous and will not absorb a sealer and doesn't need to be sealed. Check internet on how to "test" granite to be sure it needs it.

Beware cannot be removed once applied!!!! Even by their own sealer and coating remover
