I use this to organize reference manuals for work - it’s very durable and holds a ton of pages. I put all my pages in page protectors and used tabs.

This is a very durable product, I am usin it for the Brokers Exam next month and my regs fit in it perfectly with room to breathe. The inserts, don't panic, at first I thought there wasn't a way to lock them because they were flopping open, but the little silver piece on the back of the inserts, when pushed all the way down locks it. lol Fantastic product. Not to mention I ordered yesterday and I already received it. So super fast delivery :)

This folder is great, functions exactly as I hoped it would and it's durable enough for every day use even in a commercial setting. My only gripe with it is the instructions take more than a little critical thinking to figure out, if they provided a video guide for assembly I'd have 0 issues with this product.

I had been looking for a better way to keep track of accounts receivables and wanted to replace my system of using binders. Binders, although convenient especially when using pocket folders, can become heavy, will fall over on my desk and are bulky. I purchased this catalog rack to track invoice collection in combination with the continued use of the colorful plastic pocket folders. This was necessary in order to place the folders in the catalog rack and remove and reinsert new invoices without having to continuously remove the rack inserts. I did find that the pre-drilled holes in the 3- ring binder pocket folders didn’t always line up, to remedy this, I punched the folders again making the punch hole a bit larger to accommodate the alignment issue. Invoices are now easily to flip through without having to use up desk space in storing binders and/or viewing invoices. I will add that, the ring binder metal inserts were somewhat difficult to slide into the grooves in the unit, however, with more effort, I managed to make it work.

There was an error with my order and I was short one rack/kit. I called the company's customer service directly and the representative was awesome! He saw the error immediately and promised to have the item shipped the next day. I am saddened by how rare good customer service is these days, but Tarifold has quality products AND impressive standards for customer satisfaction.

I had an idea to put all of my notes in binders and then put them in this thing for easy reference.Then when I received it, I realized that wouldn't work. It will still work, I just have to get creative.Also, it was VERY tricky putting it together. What seemed to be backwards is the right (correct) way.And the things with the rings, they should be made a little tighter so they don't open as easily once there is product in the rings. It is a very tight fit.. which is probably good.If I can get this to work the way I want, I'll get more. I'd like to see this to hold more ..so wider?

This is a great catalog stand! I received it and saw that it was a solid product. I had to return it due to a change in my needs, and the return transaction went extremely well.
