Beautiful Full Function Sony Remote
I have a Sony 75x950H. Which came with a black 500U remote. I bought this one so that both my wife and I could have a remote. This guy is a bit nicer. It was a nice metal brushed look face. When moved it has backlit buttons. There are four preprogrammed buttons for youtube netflix disney+ and prime video. The buttons all work and feel great. It looks to be the same size as the 500U. We put batteries in and it just worked, no reprogramming or anything needed. I ordered the RMF-TX600U. Strangely enough the insides say its a Sony RMF-TX621U, which must be a bit newer model, since it does everything, including voice commands I'm very happy with it. Real Sony, an upgrade for about 10$ish more than the knockoffs, a good combo for me. ...and it came the next day! very happy.

If you want a number pad
For the price this remote is awesome. I've used a lot of remotes over time including aftermarket like Harmony, etc. I really wanted a number pad and this one fit the bill. Where isn't an enter button so that's a little weird compared to other standard remotes like DirecTV or something. Some of the buttons are tiny and not intuitively placed. Uts bigger than stock and a littlr long so less ergonomic if you like to surf eith your remote. Backlit is really a great feature if you watch in the dark. It's more important than you think. I've had both types and backlit is just better. Setup was easy for my Sony TV. Works with my Samsung surround fine. For the price this one was perfect. We will see about longevity.

Premium remote
After eight years the remote that came with my 2016 SONY TV broke. It’s the second remote to break on me this year with my Frigidaire air conditioner remote failing a couple of months ago. I can’t remember a remote ever breaking before so I’m a little perplexed that it happened twice in one year. I almost bought a knockoff remote, but the mixed reviews pushed me to search for a OEM remote from SONY. It’s a really premium looking remote that’s a bit longer than I’m used to. It felt a little strange in my hand at first, but I’m getting used to it. Functions perfectly. The only potential issue I see with some people are the small buttons, but for most people (myself included), it should be fine.

Worked great as a replacement for our tv, found the original just after this arrived.

Backlit buttons
I got this remote to replace the one for my 2021 Bravia TV that got put through the wash. And I actually cancelled an order for a less expensive one, and I’m so glad I spent the $12 more dollars. The backlit buttons make a huge difference. Nothing beats the feel of this remote, it’s got a good weight to it and it’s visually appealing. I love the brushed metal look. It’s hard to lose as well because although it’s very thin, it’s long and I love that. It lives in the bed where the TV is. It’s definitely worth the extra money for. It works perfectly and easily, the buttons respond well and quickly.

Great!
No programming needed. Worked as soon as the batteries put in. Great quality and even backlit buttons. The Oem was the way to go. I tried the aftermarket one first but we were cursing it all the time from the center button not being responsive. This one is great so spend the extra money and save a headache. The hot buttons to the apps worked perfectly as well.

Great replacement remote!
This is better than the my last replacement remote for my Sony Led TV. A definite upgrade in ways. Spend the money and get the better one, like this.

Nice remote, solid feel, no batteries included, buttons are NOT back lit
I like this remote - it's a spare for my new Sony A9G 65 inch OLED TV. But there are a couple of "cons", one for the remote itself and the other for the goofy no recourse Amazon price bouncing. My one "wish" for this remote would be quick access to the picture quality (vivid, standard, movie game etc). As it works now, you have to dig through the settings to locate that feature. My old Sony 930C TV remote had "football mode" right on the remote that took the picture from standard to vivid. My new Sony A9G OLED TV that utilizes this remote requires digging in the setting to change the picture mode. The irritating "non-remote function" parts were the lack of batteries and the price I paid - $54 + tax. For $59+, it should have batteries The day the remote arrived, the price had dropped to $42. Of course Amazon has done away with their price drop policy. Really aggravating. The remote is also NOT back lit so trying it night can be a challenge.
