It tastes alright (about what you'd expect from sugarless milk powder), it is high in protein and has resulted in expected muscle gain. Use it if you can't get meat.

Use a shaker to mix, shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to not get any lumps. Let the foam settle down for a minute or so, then consume. The foam can cause bloating in some people. I faced no bloating or digestion issues, the packet arrived in correct condition too. I ordered directly from nakpro seller on Amazon, so I'm assuming it directly came from nakpro warehouse. Unlike other people who are mentioning brown lumps in their reviews, I don't see any lumps in mine. The taste is tolerable, the slight amount of sucralose added helps with accepting the taste. Overall a great product for its price, I can see myself buying more of it in future.

Just consumed a whole packet over 20-25 days. Did not see any physical changes.Just note that the amount of protein that you need to take will depend on many factors, for a good measure you can check out any online protein calculator. I was taking less than I should, so will try again.

This was my first time trying Nakpro. The product I received had red/orange particles all over. I had complained about this to the company for which I received the refund but they had no explanation for the presence of such particles which are not supposed to be there in a no filler/ no additive raw whey. The same has been experienced by a lot of customers. This can be potentially very dangerous for a health supplement.Nakpro is amoung the cheapest brands but it seems they are not worth playing with your health.

Super clean! Great taste!Absolutely, this whey protein concentrate is excellent in my opinion. Super clean, no additives, I ordered chocolate flavor; I feel like I’m drinking chocolate shake, it tastes fantastic. Just pure whey! It also mixes very easily and completely. It packs a lot of protein without sacrificing calories. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Im a regular user of whey protein and this is the first time i tried this particular one but i didn't like it. Powder was so white . Flavour was also not good (i know it's unflavoured but whey has its original flavour too) I doubt whether it was really the whey protein.
