OK, off the start - I returned this item but NOT because of the item but because it didn't have a connector as required though it was listed. I do NOT blame the company; it just listed an entire model without realizing there were sub-models. NOTE they have NOT offered anything for this review.This item is incredible!1. It comes with a GOOD case. The case was fully usable; this is not the typical when cases are enclosed.2. SOLID construction. VERY solid. Yes, a little heavy but it felt like it would stand up with time.3. Includes everything you need plus the kitchen sink (well, ok ... except what I needed but ...)4. Great battery size!OK, I COULD have kept it and used the USB side to charge my laptop. The problem is I didn't want to use USB to USB as my ports are limited! If you have a Lenovo with a USB you have to use the USB to USB also - not what I wanted. If you have a Surface you are faced with the same and with the same limit on the USB ports. That was my problem with the unit. That was my ONLY ONLY problem with the unit.In short - if you have a DC outlet that can be used with the HUGE HUGE number of adapters they give you - BUY THIS UNIT!!!! Highly recommended. If you don't have a laptop usable with the DC outlet it is really a tossup - a good unit with a great carry case and all cables BUT you have a worthless DC out jack.

This charger has good storage capability for its size, but the fact that it simply shuts down and turns off if/when a device being charged draws what the Volessence thinks is too little current is both frustrating and counter-productive. I have more than a couple of very low current draw devices that I need to recharge, and this unit will not charge them, nor will any of the Krisdonia products (I have 3 different products from Krisdonia, and they all work the same way). I was hoping this Volessence unit was different, but no such luck. If you only charge items that draw lots of current, then this unit might work for you. If you are trying to charge up low power draw devices, look elsewhere. There are products out there, but you need to look for words in their description about will not auto-turn-off.

I bought this Volessence power bank specifically for a recent vacation, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. After using about 6 times it drops from 70% to 20% suddenly. I believe a cell is defective in the unit

I thought this was going to be a great all in one way to charge my laptop, cell phone, and tablet while on the go and when I didn't have access to a wall outlet, but I was wrong. I took it on a trip to Nashville and connected my iPhone 15 Pro Max to it while it was at 55%, and when it had finished charging my phone the other 45% it shows that it was depleted from 100% to 27%, Since the capacity of the phone's battery is 4441mAh, even charging half of it should have only taken 2200mAh. 73% of 25,000 is 18,2500, a whole lot more than the 2200 the phone should have needed, even accounting for loss incurred during the transfer of power from one device to another, so if you need an actual high capacity battery bank, pass this one by.

I chose this as I travel and would be allowed by tsa security posts; it took me about 100 minutes to fully charge to 100%, but drained in 55 minutes, when powering my Dell XPS 13+ 9320 with just browsing use only, and my laptop got charged to 75% battery capacity. This was disappointing as it seems to drain fast.
