I am so happy with my head pyramid. I find that if I have a difficult project to work on that requires a clear mind and focused brain that wearing the head pyramid facilitates the process. I am able to concentrate for longer periods without getting distracted.I also wear the head pyramid when I am meditating and have noticed that my mind gets quieter more quickly and it is then much easier to sit and meditate. This is an interesting observation to me because it can help my brain and mind be sharper when needed but can also act as a calming, soothing aid such as when meditating.The craftsmanship is top-notch and very beautiful to look at. I have it sitting on a table in my living room where I can enjoy just gazing at it.
