However, I did find it a bit challenging to tighten the inside connector initially. The good news is that removing the arm makes this task significantly easier, so keep that in mind when setting it up. Additionally, I highly recommend using stainless steel grade tape on the connectors to prevent any potential leaks and ensure a secure fit. Ok, so, if you've looked for a pressure washer hose real, you'll know that this is the lowest priced option... it was shipped in its own box, and poorly packed in that box -- the hardware bag was ripped open and pieces were bouncing around inside. In fact, the box had a hole... I'm not even sure every piece was there, but I had what I needed.That out of the way, this thing works just fine. It was a bit finicky to set up, and I'm not over the moon about it, but it gets the job done. I am just a home DIYer who was sick of wrestling with the hose, so I wasn't going to splurge on anything professional... in that light, it's fine. But I did have to buy a few more adapters and pieces to make it work -- and you'll need a short extension whip to connect to your washer -- and it took some fiddling to mount it. If you're wall-mounting, be warned that it's kind of a pain to get to at least two of the screws on the mounting plate, just by the way its laid out.But, it's small, it coils up my hose, and (so far) doesn't leak, so, win.If you're expecting easy and ready to go out of the box, you might want to look elsewhere (and spend more). But if you're just trying to clean up your garage, coil up your hose, and make your regular car washing more convenient, this will get the job done -- just be prepared to have to do a little DIY engineering to mount it and hook everything up.
