Blue screen of death
I have ordered refurbished Dell products before I never had an issue on this particular one it is missing the camera there’s a big hole on the top of the screen and it’s missing the side door. It also has thrown the blue screen of death multiple times.

Missing many screws the battery would not charge and screen would not stay up and that is just the start of my first 2 hours of having it. I was not expecting it to be perfect however didn't expect to need to put over $200 into it for it to be functional.

Hard drive didn't work after first day of use
The hard drive quit working after the first time used. Had to replace the hard drive with a new one. Not happy with this purchase.
