High quality alternative
I seen reviews from people saying they are pricey? well these people obviously are not mechanics that have studded a diesel before. because everyone that has knowledge of diesels. esp the 6.0. know that for decades there has been only one company that made reputable bolts that were worthy to stud a diesel. That co. that starts with the letter A. they are $700.00. I looked at these over and over and because of them being actually lower priced i was skeptical. So i purchased them. immediately just from opening the box i could tell this company took a lot of pride in their product. Every bolt was individually protected in its case. every not and washer as well. it came with a new socket and torques lube as well. with full detailed instructions on torque sequence and torque steps. i know you are thinking "you cant base quality off packaging . i agree. its just one of those things you have to see for yourself. made me feel very confident in using them. and i did.they installed very well. and when you;re pulling over 200+ lbs of torque on a torque wrench. you are putting a lot of faith in fasteners.it has been a year now with 15,000 miles since install. and no problems at all. i even run a mechanical water pressure gage inside the cab to monitor an signs of a head gasket failure. feel confident in buying these. youll see what i mean. dont listen to anyone saying they are pricier. they have been using garbage bolts

Exact Same as ARP studs.
These studs are the exact same design, made of the same steel, and exact same tensile strength as ARP studs. I got them and feel like I would have to be a fool to spend double for the exact same product. Yes you can say you get what you pay for. But sometimes you get the exact same product for less money. More money does not always equate to a superior product. I earned two MBAs, and have had numerous marketing classes. Some products are inferior and get what you pay for. But many are the exact same as the top brand, but cheaper under a different name brand. In this case when the specs are given to you and they are the exact same specs, exact same steel, as the top name brand, you purchase this product. many other products are the same. Coca Cola, and Pepsi, package their product in bottles and cans under Acme or pathmark name brand. You pay much less for the no frills brand. However, you are getting the same product in many cases. Big companies like Coke and pepsy target every market they can, and there is a large market for those who purchase the discounted items. these big corporations want that revenue just as much as the revenue they get under their name. Only difference is, you are paying for the commercials during sporting events, and paying the players or athletes to do the commercials. Sears and roebuck, started out with craftsman tools, and kenmore appliances. When they first came out, those products were No Frills Products. Sears never made tools or appliances. Those tools and appliances were made by big name companies who wanted to capture that piece of the market. eventually those names became big, because they advertised. Again, you are paying for the marketing. Big flat screen TVs, you can pay double for samsung and sony than you pay for the Walmart Brands. However, Walmart does not make TVs, they have sony or Samsung produce their product, and they use sony and samsung parts to make them. You get a sony or samsung Tv for the price of a Walmart TV. just look at the TVs, and see how many differences you can find. Not many. You will find that the walmart TV is made of a combination of parts from the big name nrand Vs that wamart sells. Again, because these corporations are greedy and they want the market that buys the discounted items as well. When you pay all that money for samsung, you are paying for the name, not the quality. While there are some products that you get what you pay for, not all are such. These studs are the exact same thing as the ARP studs. Sensors and other parts you must be carful with. in those cases, you will get what you pay for. A japanese camshaft sensor, will go bad wuich while motorcraft lasts long. Bt i highly reccomend these exotic studs as they have the exact same specs that the ARP studs have except ARP wants to charge a rediculous amount of money, and why would you want to support a company that is being just plain greedy. wanting 600 dollars for a few bolts is criminal in my opinion. Even exotic is expensive for studs. but not as bas as ARP. Funny if you purchase a set of ARP bolts or studs for a little honda or something, they don't cost very much. But because everyone needs to bulletproof their POS 6.0s, they want to gouge us. And i will never support crooks like that. Don't buy just any studs, but do buy exotic because there truly is no difference between them and ARP. If someone begs to differ, then please explain what is different about them.

Great studs
Took the gamble on these due to the specs. Ive installed arp studs for customers and I did these in my truck. Few thousand miles now and no issues. I can’t say they are better than arp but I can say they are just as good for just over half the price.Does come with the tap and lube. Having the tap included to clean thread’s definitely puts them a step ahead of arp.

As good as arp at half the cost.
Better packaging than arp and good quality main studs.

6.7 cummins HG blew within 3 months. Don't recommend.
Torqued to spec ect. Inconsistent stretch. Cleaned out and chased threads. No hydro lock. Ran great for about 3 months then started getting major pressure in coolant system. Spewing out of overflow.. guess I wasn't as fortunate as some of these "other" reviews. I wouldn't recommend. Unless you wanna risk paying twice like me.. I'd recommend spending the extra $130.. but that's just my 2 cents.. best of luck.

Great product
The packaging was very impressive. The product was impressive in appearance, but only time will tell if the studs hold up.

Amazing headstud kit without paying more than needed
This was my first time ever purchasing head studs for any truck, I always knew about the other BIG BOX names, but when I stumbled across these and read the reviews, I couldn't justify paying that extra cost for basically less of a package.First, these were incredible for the value, the way everything is packaged individually, they keep the 6 studs for the exhaust side separate from the factory, you don't have to dig around and hope you have the right 6. It all felt extremely high quality, to the point I was hoping it wasnt all just for show.It had everything I needed, every stud, washer, nut, lubricant, instructions, etc. The instructions were very clear and even the paper they are wrote on feels laminated-ish, so no oil or grease will make it un readable and junk during the process if you are constantly messing with it.Everything installed flawlessly, zero issues. Now the only thing I will say that is maybe a tiny tiny downside is, they dont go into or show in great detail about trimming the rear rocker arm cover to fit the stud/nut, but you shouldn't pass these up because of that, overall superb headstud kit, I highly recommend.

Took torque well
Used on Ford 6.0 diesel. These studs took the 220 lbs of torque well. Can't say the same for my arms, shoulders and back, as I replaced the studs with the cab on. 1/2 the price as the competition with the same specs. Why pay more to get the same quality.
