Good quailty
I am high allergic to poison ivy and using the cream after being exposed is a game changer. After applying leave on for 5 minutes before showering works better. It is a little more expensive but worth it.

Gentle on skin
I'm not sure if this soap actually helped my poison ivy as it has been several weeks and I still have it. However, I'm not the raging itchy mess as I have been in the past from limited exposure. The rash has seemed to dry it up quicker than any other product I've used in the past. The bar is gentle on my skin, has a pleasant scent, and did not cause this hyper-allergic sensitive-skinned person any additional irritations. I will keep using it.

This worked really well
We have used all kinds of poison ivy remedies as our yard is full of it. I hadn't realized that we were out of poison ivy soap until we were a good couple days into having gotten into some. I ordered this because the natural ingredients and I have to say that using this in place of the regular stuff was amazing. My husband was covered with a rash and after two days of using just cortisone (we always use cortisone along with the poison ivy soap), it wasn't getting any better. First wash with this soap and you could actually see the difference. It went from a deep angry red to just red on the first day and now on the second, it is down to a very light red. Next I am going to test it in our laundry to see if it takes care of any residue that is probably on the clothes we wore outside and to see if it will actually work on clothes without causing any problems with them. I will come back and post the results after I have done that since there is nothing on the market for getting rid of poison ivy on your clothes.

This is the one.
Fantastic.Lasts a good while.I foam it up with the sink and let it set for a while. Then I rinse/wipe it off.Might just be time for it or all the hydrocortisone and whatnot but my rash really turned a corner soon after my first use. I noticed that bad top layer finally starting to peel. Went from terrible sunburn / something from requiem from a dream on my arm to something much less terrible.Good size bar. Great lather.

It works well as soap, but needs instructions to point out need for scrubbing to actually work.
It works well as soap, but did not prevent poison ivy breakout on its own. Need instructions to point out need for scrubbing. The poison ivy oil acts like any other grease or oil on the skin, and must be scrubbed with a wash cloth after applying soap to remove the oil. If you treat the poison ivy oil like invisible grease all over the possibly exposed area and lather well and then scrub down the entire area, it can work.

Works very good. Not Magic.
Best to use something like this product that is plant/ herbal based. Than something with petroleum distillates or naptha (often used for lighter fluid) to help remove oils that may have come from some form of poison ivy or other irritating, oily plant(s).Using mud or clay wherever your poison ivy is might do the same thing. Many forms of clay or mud actually has a way of absorbing impurities. Although it's somewhat a dirty mess that could be washed off with water and assorted soaps. At that point you might need something to moisturize skin that gets a bit too dry. Obviously you have to be careful until the poison ivy is gone.If it's itchiness due to dry skin you might consider consuming a little bit of organic extra virgin olive oil etc. Or washing with a moisturizing soap.An adult using herbal plant-based soaps is worthwhile because they know enough to get the soap away from water when it's not being used. Why waste wonderful soap with water dissolving it.

This soap works!
This soap brought such relief. I'm not sure what I got into, probably poison oak. I was pulling a vine off my fence to clear out a bed. Because it's early spring, the vine didn't have leaves on it, so I didn't recognize it as dangerous.I had scratched my arms until they were bruised & bleeding. As soon as I got the soap, I lathered up and continued to gently rub with my palms to keep my arms lathered for about 3 minutes. It felt so good.I followed up with Ivarest poison ivy itch cream (purchased both on Amazon). It's thick and stays put. The combo has helped stop the spread and started to heal the whelps. I'm on day 2 of using these two products and wrapping my arms in gauze to keep from scratching and spreading.I highly recommend this combo and will have both on hand in the future. I plan to use the soap each time I come in from yard work as others have suggested...nip it in the bud!
