I paid more for these than others because (1) cheaper ones tend to bend; and (2) the set comes with a “plunger” (with various sized attachments) to make it easier to lift the ring off. I’ve never made a “stacked” meal, and this one came out great. Well made, sturdy, and easy to clean. I ordered a second set that arrived today so that I will have four of each size.Don’t be fooled by the size of the rings...what comes out looks much bigger than the ring.

As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Atlanta, I have always been intrigued by plate presentation. Having this set in my arsenal has stepped up my presentation skills. This set can be used professionally and in everyday kitchens to increase the appeal of meals. We eat with our eyes first, as they say in the community, which is true. If you have the same meals presented to you, one that is just slapped on a plate and the other which someone has taken the time to examine the best way to present the meal, you will always choose that one that looks most appealing.Review the submitted pictures for a clearer understanding. That is really good for serving food. I like beautifully served food. So I put a layer of salmon, layer of onion, layer of avocado, layer of salmon again. Than just remove the ring. Looks amazing. It is easy to clean, and easy to remove, don't sticky.

This appears to be a quality product, arrived quickly and was packed well. I was, however, a little disappointed in the lack of detailed instructions, recipes, or even tips and suggestions for using the tools. There were two recipes included, but they were fairly vague on how to stack the cooked food items in the rings. I guess I'll need to search the internet for ideas and I'm looking forward to playing with my food and my new toys.

I ordered this as a gift for my son, and I know he will be very pleased. The rings are very heavy so they should last a long time! The packaging is also first rate so it will make a great gift.

I'm using this product as cookie cutters and biscuit cutters, possibly more. Wonderful product! Sturdy, easy to handle and easy to wash. Just love them!
