First, I had to Google how to use it, zero instructions. Did a test and it worked okay, I hope it does it job if needed but cannot be sure. Maybe complement it with a door stop for extra security?

This product is good. Problem I've had more than once is separation of the ring that attaches the pieces. Once this is compromised it is over. Ive had to replace twice. Otherwise is it very secure.

I purchased it for my daughter’s security as she was going to be traveling. She said It felt good to bring her own security when She traveled to an unknown environment.

I am a 5’4, 125 lb female. I tried these on several of my doors. I was able to bypass these on every door with a couple quick and light shoves. The problem is the design. The prongs on the plate aren’t long enough so they come loose easily. I wasn’t even pushing that hard either. Don’t waste your money.
