This charged as fast as my Canon charger that I lost. Compact size is different but not overall larger than the Canon charger. Red light turns green when fully charged. Battery fits easily and stays in place no issue.

Stopped working and never was fast at charging.
The item stopped working and was always VERY SLOW at charging compared to the Canon charger that came with the camera. Definitely would not purchase again.

Backup charger
This charger would charge original and generic batteries. My canon charger wouldn’t charge my generic batteries.
