These are great. Flavor is just the right amount of heat. Amazing on salads!!

For some reason, green peppercorns are so difficult to find locally the local H-E-B used to have them and now they don’t and it’s a must for a green peppercorn sauce that I make for duck Or lamb. I reduced the Greek peppercorns and white wine and shallots, and add my homemade stock to it to make a nice sauce.

Good product as far as I can tell, good taste/flavor. Expiration date over two years from when received.Regarding the review that mentioned cloudiness. Tell everyone you know nothing of brined products without saying you know nothing about brined products. If you're put off by the brine being cloudy, stay away... from this, pickles, capers, and just about everything else in a natural brine and not just soaked in vinegar. The picture shows two jar. One that was sitting on the shelf and the other that was just shaken up. Same order, same batch number.
