Perfect
Perfect...look no further ;-)For those wanting longer drinks, machine is simply programmable by holding the long drink button (on right) in until the drink reaches the desired level for your mugs/cups; it is then saved to memory, so next drink just a little tap of the button and your drink is poured to the programmed level :-)

I'm now drinking too much coffee
The warm up time is amazingly short, under 20 sec. It's very easy to set up and use. Everywhere you touch, you can feel the quality of all the materials. The coffee is good, but I think it depends a lot on the capsules you choose. The Nespresso own brand are the best, the L'OR I've just tried is also very good, but some other brands taste like muddy water. I also feel the lungo taste better than the espresso with this machine.I have to mention, it looks so cool! (I have the red one)

To be recommended
Just purchased this new Nespresso machine, love it ,bought to replace my old Nespresso machine which was 13 yrs old and never let me down.Would love to give the new machine 5 stars BUT be warned when using the machine that the cup platform is quite small and if you are using a slightly larger cup than an Espresso cup they tend to fall off the platform. Caused by some vibration when brewing.Apart from this minor issue would certainly recommend this coffee maker

Yes yes yes
We were given an old krups by a friend and my husband decided he could afford to take it into work to impress the colleagues. So we got this, after much research, as we both like a slim form factor and lungo rather than a shot. This does both. You can program the amount of water that goes in which is nice. Other than that, it works well with alu capsules. It DOES NOT WORK WITH biodegradable/eco plastic capsules. Don’t ask me why. Even if you pierce them 3 times, it doesn’t like them. To be fair, they are only industrially compostable; they won’t break down in your home compost so I don’t feel too bad! It’s red which turned out, at the time, to be £45 cheaper than silver or black. Looks good. As long as we can still buy coffee caps, the world will keep on turning.

Attractive, but I find it it has a few quite irritating, issues.
The media could not be loaded. I had an Inissia and thought I was upgrading in getting this Citiz machine. Aesthetically, I love how much sleeker it looks and that the cup holder could be folded up, and, practically, that the water tank was bigger, and that it supposedly held a couple of extra used capsules in the tray.It looks very nice indeed, but practically, there are a few of really irksome features.• Vibrates:It vibrates so much that the fold-down cup holder is affected - cups actually bounce around onit!…• Splatters:As my cups jump about on the fold-down cup holder, I mainly fold that up and put the cup lower down. That bit doesn’t vibrate, but putting the cup down there does create 2 further disadvantages:The drop from the spout down to the bottom of the cup is pretty big, so coffee actually spits out.Unscientifically, it also seems that the crema is lessened by the coffee falling down so far.• Tiny waste water tray which spills easily when removing & emptying used capsules:The small size of the drip/water tray in the Inissia real meant it frequently needed emptying. This is a bigger machine, but the water tray below the used capsules gets filled up even quicker.Even though there’s a separate drip tray for under the spout/cup, it’s tiny, and both trays need emptying so frequently. This machine drips a lot more, when not actually making coffee, than the Inissia ever did.Not only is the water tray under the used capsules tiny, but it’s also badly designed. It’s attached to the aesthetically pleasing, shiny, good quality metal, but very heavy cup-holder flap. Sometimes, when removing the used capsules holder, there isn’t sufficient weight of water to balance the heavy metal flap, so the over-heavy flap tips the waste water over the surface. I wonder if they even thought about this imbalance causing the waste water container to flip forward if there isn’t ‘enough’ waste water to counter-balance. (SEE VIDEO)In trying to find the best way to deal with this, I have been trying to push the silver tray upwards to counter the weight, but this makes the metal tray detach.• Capsules:It is so, so much more difficult to get plastic capsules to fit into this machine than the Inissia. I’ve mostly tried 4 of Amazon own brands, several Pellini, Carte Noire, and other generics and it’s awkward. It’s definitely easier using the authentic branded ones, or metal ones like new Starbucks or L’Or.

Well built machine.
Solidly built machine. Very easy to operate and much quieter than our previous Krups model. Easy to clean.
