Dr. Maxwell's books are always filled with expert insight on the topics of leadership, team work, empowerment and so much more!His knowledge over the topic of leadership is phenomenal!!With 40 plus years as a business leader and coach, mentor, etc...and successful business owner, when he offers advice or writes things, his information is for certain worth reading and making a part of your personal library collection-for support, references and for keeping valuable information on hand, in case you need to glace over things when in a pinch.

I found this book to very insightful. I've read several books on leadership, and think that this was profound. The approach to inspiring others as a leader was novel. The stories throughout the book and the quotes contributed to conveying the key themes. And, I think that the writing-style is easy to follow. I think it is a book I will refer back to frequently.

I read Maxwell's 21 Laws of Leadership in college and loved it, so when I saw this on sale I was excited to buy it. Overall, Maxwell has some good thoughts, but after about a decade of leadership experience, I don't find any points particularly novel or exceedingly helpful. They're just pretty good. I do, however, like that he includes sections at the end of each chapter to help reflect on the principle personally and then talk about it as a team. That can be interesting to think about. But because there are so many books that I find more riveting and helpful to work through with my team, I don't anticipate using this book much in that way.Overall, a fine book, but nothing I'd particularly recommend to people in my circle.

This was the best book that I've purchased in a long time. A friend of mine recommended this book to me, and we've been going over it with each other for about 8 mo. now. It helps to have a mentor and to also mentor someone else.

What a great book. Wish I would have been recommended this book years ago. I keep going back to re-read chapters it’s so good. Highly recommended for any leader.

Having been a leader myself at different levels with different organizations I find after reading this that it brings new recognition to things I did and things I should have done. I highly recommend that all who are now or hope to be leaders read this book. It,s insights are well worth your time.

The Leadership Handbook is truly represents its name! The style of writing and approach by the author has made it so easy for the reader to understand apply. The heart of the author is to birth change in his readers!It is indeed a must to any that will lead excellently!
