Beautiful and professional looking
I like to make mousse cakes, so they are usually frozen when I put the chocolate collar on them. At first, I had trouble with the pattern not sticking to the chocolate after setting it in the freezer. Next time, I tried letting the chocolate set up and peeling the sheet off before putting it in the freezer. That worked perfectly! You can see in the picture that the decorations on top set up at room temperature but the collar had issues. The sheets they sent me look exactly like the product picture and they smell really nice. I read some other reviews that said they had a bad smell or didn't look like the picture, so I'm not sure what happened there. These smell like white chocolate.

Edible transfer sheets.
Used them on my cakes and on my chocolates, puts a little class on the items.

A bit brittle
I thought the transfer sheets were a bit brittle. They were difficult to cut. Tried using a punch cutter and that didn’t work. Tried scissors and it worked better but not great. I wanted these to fit in a mold so I needed them to be a certain size.

Works well, no smudging
Easy to use, just pour and spread tempered chocolate on it. Stick in the fridge for a few minutes, then break up for decorations. Score first for specific shapes.Designs were clear and easy to use. Great if this is your first time. They're are other, prettier sheets out there, but these are cheaper.

Terrible quality. Uggghhh.
30 year professional pastry chef with Ritz-Carlton Hotels here.... These are the worst transfer sheets I've ever used. The cocoa butter flakes off the acetate and the images and color are thin and not well saturated. Highly reccomend you do not invest your money in this brand. Also, as I mentioned, the transferes are on acetate and not flexible plastic sheeting. The acetate is not condusive to curling or creating transfers with movement. I do not reccomend. 11.2022

Enjoined
I really enjoyed working with these transfer sheets. What I don’t know is why people write negative reviews, I was trying to find out if happened to mines, and not, I bought them just to try it, and I’m still using them. Got each day more weight but I have to eat what I bake.
