Lousy customer service from G-defy
This insole looked like it was exactly what I needed for my size 9 shoe. However, it was too long and wise. Also, I noted that here were "bubbles" under the fabric over the instep. When I called G-defy customer service to inquire about the "bubbles", the agent was quite curt and told me to speak with an Amazon person. I was just trying to find out if the insole was defective or it was manufactured that way. I might have tried to "trim" the insole to fit, but I will not do business with G-defy again. Discourteous customer service!

Works for me and my heavy body with flat feet . I use them in my Gdefy sneakers. No shin splints.
