Not new
There’s obvious marks on the screws. And the neutral pigtail has been stripped and cut. Hopefully it works. But was not labeled as used.

Doesn't work
We bought this in January as a backup for our hot tub and finally got our handyman to install it the other day. He said it was defective and didn't work. He then put back our previous one which isn't gfi but it worked. It's too late to return so not only are we out of the money for the breaker but had to pay handyman also. For an expensive product they should be tested and inspected. Very disappointed. 180.00 down the drain.
