This keyboard would be super easy for anyone of any (or non) tech ability to install. Just look up a YT video to see how to do it. HOWEVER, this particular product only has one cable. I suspect that the missing one is the power cable. So, I'm returning it and hoping to get one with both.REVISION: Although, this keyboard is missing the smaller yellow cable, I was desperate so I decided to give it a try, and IT WORKS!!! The keys are no longer backlit, and that might be what the missing cable was for, but I don't need the light. I will not be returning the keyboard afterall.

This was to replace a defective keyboard in my dell laptop. It was a perfect fit and functions perfectly.

Exact fit keyboard - super easy to install and a great price

Super easy install (see youtube); took only a few minutes. Fixed my problem of some keys not working on my dell laptop. I don't know about durability because I installed it just a few days ago but so far so good.

I'll admit, I was a little bit skeptical of buying a keyboard off Amazon (because you can't be exactly sure of what you're going to get), but I ended up being very satisfied with my purchase. My laptop is old enough that more reputable sellers didn't have a replacement in stock, so I did my due diligence in researching the correct model and choosing the company with the best reviews. This keyboard fits my Inspiron 17 5758 very well. All the keys are functional and it is the correct size for my laptop.

I purchased this keyboard for my Dell Inspiron 15, to replace one that was wearing out and not typing certain keys. The new keyboard was poorly packaged and was bent. I should've just returned it immediately, and regret not doing so. The "A" and "Z" keys sometimes doesn't respond at all, and sometimes types two or three A's or Z's with one tap. The spacebar doesn't add spaces when I tap it with my right thumb. I'm a touch typist, and by the time I realize the error, I'm about two words aheadand have to backspaceand go back to the space that didn't type.These run-together words aren't my typos; they're the keyboard not putting the spaces where I typed them.I contacted the vendor and have heard nothing back.

It took less than a minute to uninstall the old keyboard and install this one and it has worked perfectly from the get go.

Works flawlessly and I'm using this keyboard to write this review.
