Buggy, unreliable, early death
Worked great at first, but the honeymoon didn't last. The headset started randomly disconnecting in the middle of Zoom calls...but ONLY during Zoom calls; if it just played audio it was fine. The disconnects came more often and now even the base station is crashing/restarting in the middle of use. It comes back and Windows no longer recognizes the USB device ("unknown USB device"). Unplugging/plugging it back in doesn't change anything. The entire computer needs to reboot to see it again. The bluetooth adaptor was always flakey, now it isn't even discovered.I bought this right before Sennheiser was sold to EPOS which only made everything worse. Support was completely useless, they couldn't figure anything out on their own side because of the sale/merger. I never would have touched this if I knew that the company was about to change hands. It really hates working with Zoom; The app constantly gets confused as to who controls the Mute for example and often makes it impossible to actually mute/unmute at all (either on the headset or in the app). Uninstalling the software made Zoom work better (since there's no way to make the EPOS Connect app stop trying to be "helpful"), but it isn't enough to save this thing.Huge, HUGE waste of money. Everything about the device and the software is flakey. It looks good, feels good, when it works it sounds good (until it starts randomly adding cracking, popping noises...yah, that too). But because both the firmware and software are so buggy the entire thing is useless.Never buying Sennheiser or EPOS product again. The company is dead to me.

Best sound quality for the form factor
I went from a Jabra Pro 9470 (single ear) to this headset with single ear, mostly to improve on the mic quality in web/video conference calls with Teams/Zoom and also to connect my mobile. I personally prefer headsets over speakerphone so that I can roam. Range on this headset is decent, I didn't measure but am able to roam the office lobby from my office, probably about 100' away with a few walls. Given that I'm on calls literally all day, I can't complain about battery life - I've had to worry about battery only a few times during a workday of 14 hours. The mic quality is great, way better than the Jabra and other headsets I have, and of course far superior to laptop built in mic. It's not quite a Rode mic, but for the mobility it's pretty darn good.Comfort wise, it's decent. It's a bit big, both the ear and boom so it's noticeable on video calls. I prefer the size and fit of the Jabra, but sound quality of the Sennheiser trumps the size issue. It's weakness is Sennheiser's typical bluetooth nonsense. I have had a few products, including the Momentums, and they always have bluetooth cutouts. With this headset, it loses pairing with my iPhone routinely - at least once a day. The behavior is odd - the phone says it's connected, but no sound from the little dongle on the base. Usually I have to cut power to fix that behavior. When connected to PC, it's pretty robust, but I will say during one important call somebody sent me an SMS, the sound switched to mobile, and i couldn't connect back to the computer without cutting power to the headset. That's a forgiveable fluke given I've been using it several months without that happening routinely. All in all, it's a good buy if you like this style of headset (optimized for voice calls), and the mic is outstanding.

This is a way...
Been using for 2 years now. This is actually a pretty incredible headset as far as noise cancellation and the ability to go 600+ feet away from my desk without issues. The noise cancellation is so good that I can fire a 9mm handgun and the person on the other end wouldn't have a clue. The biggest issue so far has been charging and battery. This one with only the one ear does periodically disconnect (never during a call) and the way it sits on the charger is pretty precarious and sometimes will end up not charging properly. The battery life after 2 years has gone down so it doesn't last a 10 hour shift anymore. The binural headset is way more sturdy and better at being on the charger, but the battery life barely lasts for 2 hours now and that started happening months after purchase. This is a definite good buy, but for the price, it could easily be way better. Drop it by 100 dollars at least and it's pure gold!

this Headset drove me crazy
I have been using Sennheiser products for a long time and this device was really annoying it keeps connecting and disconnecting is so bad that I can't badly understand the person that I'm talking to battery life is poor and you cannot using it on the go like the proPro'squality feels really nice and sounds overkill very comfortable to use long periods of time
