KTC Spark Plug Boot Puller 17mm Wrench Compatible for Mercedes Benz V6 Engine

My husband used this wrench to change the spark plugs in our Benz with no problem. It saved us about $500 by doing it himself.The wrench was strong & sturdy when removing the 12 plugs he had to replace. They were impossible to get to without this wrench.My husband says it works great and will use it again when needed! Thanks so much for making it available.

This thing is a life-saver! I would not do a spark plug wire change if I didn't have on of these on my 2005 E55 AMG. Quality is awesome and did its job! Great shipping and will definitely buying more products from these guys

Did not help. I am switching to a different tool next time. My car is a 1999 E320 4Matic M112. The wire set being removed was Bremi and this tool did not reach far enough back to grab onto the metal sleeve going over the plug. Due to the angles involved, it only reached onto the rubber-coated section and slipped off every time. On plug 5B, it stripped the rubber and I end up accidentally pulling the wire completely out of that end of the wire-set. At that point, I switched to a small set of pliers to reach in to pull the remaining metal portion of the wire-set out. That was so difficult I came very close to giving up and having the car flat-bedded to my mechanic. I finally managed to pull the metal sleeve off of the plug and was home free for the rest of the job. Never again. I'll be switching to a form of modified pliers with curved grips that let you grip cylindrical objects like this. That's a much more logical design for difficult jobs like pulling a wire-set on an M112 engine. I haven't tried that other tool yet, so have no idea if it's really better, but this tool did not work for me. I only gave this two stars (instead of zero) as this tool did help pull the wires off the coil units. YMMV.

This spark plug boot puller is just as describe for my Mercedes. Makes the job of changing your sparks very easy. I have save money with this purchase. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

must have tool for changing plugs unless you like to spend hours of maddeningly undo you plug wires!
