This product is very useful, each roll will do your knee LCL wrap three times. So if you need to keep protecting a knee, plan ahead.I am wrapping gently below and above the issue and using stronger tape to brace the LCL. It feels even better than the brace I bought. I highly recommend this product if you have the need to wrap your foot. This stuff is great quality and is the same product that is used at my podiatrist office for many years. Tenoplast also makes Coverlet bandages which are the best quality available today in my opinion. I should now as I have had two foot operations and used tons of this wrap in the last few years. Think I must have got around 50 rolls of it over a three year surgery period. It is reasonably priced here on amazon compared to a health supply store.

This is the same tape which was used in my podiatrist's office. Now I can wrap my foot in the same way as his assistant did and not have to pay as much for the same treatment.

Works exactly as I wanted it to. I have a neuroma on my foot that makes it difficult to walk unless I'm wearing a metatarsal pad. With the Tenoplast Bandage, I was able to fashion a removable bandage by sandwiching the metatarsal pad between the adhesive layer of two strips of the bandage. Works like a charm! The pad stays in place throughout the day and I can remove the bandage at night for reuse the next day.

Removable metatarsal pad: wrap one strip of tenoplast around the foot, (adhesive side facing outward), add metatarsal pad to the bottom of the foot, and wrap another strip of bandage (adhesive side down) to the first strip. After 5 months of neuroma pain, this removable diy sleeve makes my foot feel like I'm walking on carpet. No pain! Quick delivery and the material feels good on my foot. I highly recommend.

Disappointed that the elasticity did not last longer. I had hoped to make a removable elastic bandage in a loop. It worked, but alas, the elasticity only lasted a short time.

I have arch problems and this works wonders. Water proof, stays on for days even with a daily shower. I was having trouble finding it in the drug stores and then thought of my favorite shop AMAZON. I purchased this tape to make a re-usable device to reduce pressure on a Morton's neuroma. It worked well for that purpose, and has held up with repeat use.
