I am long time black tea drinker. This is one of my two go-to teas. No bitterness, no harsh edges on the tongue, just a smooth, quiet indulgence without the expense of connoisseur. Iced or hot: good stuff.If you buy it from Dilmah teas online, it will take over a week to arrive from India and the box may be bunged up but the tea is still fine. You can sometimes can find it at a local (better) grocery store it often is a bargain for the price. Can't recommend the loose tea - it's not as tasty. Too much like tea dust.Lately when I buy this from Amazon, it arrives in good condition.Dilmah also has single estate teas, quite expensive but a really fine indulgence! A nice gift for a tea lover.

I was exposed to Dilmah while living in the Mideast for many years. It’s fantastic to have Ceylon style tea available here stateside.Those who visit do enjoy the dark, deep nature of the tea’s taste profile. I recommend this brand and variety for those looking for a bit of variety in their daily tea consumption.

I've been drinking hot tea exclusively (no coffee) for over 22 years, and Dilmah for at least 15 years. It is a consistently smooth tea, not bitter to the taste. It is a single source tea, meaning it isn't a blend of different teas collected from all over. The leaves come from one location! They offer a variety of teas, but the Gold Premium is my favorite. Good stuff!

Best tea I’ve ever had. Wonderful Ceylon aromatic taste. I can actually use my tea bag twice and it still tastes good. Pairs perfectly with orange blossom honey. Will buy again and again.

This is pretty decent tea, although in my opinion not the very best. It is quite smooth, but lacks the quality that I might call "brightness." That said, I drink it all day long most days, as it is better than what I can get at my local grocery stores. One of the biggest reasons I drink it so often is that it is in bags, and when I get up in the morning I usually don't feel like messing with loose tea. I like that the bags are constructed without the use of metal staples and that they almost never fall off--another plus. Maybe once a day I might treat myself to a loose tea that is better than this, but the bulk of my tea consumption is this Dilmah tea.

I am an avid tea drinker, so in my search for a flavorful good quality black tea I was recommended to try Dilmah Ceylon tea. I am very disappointed in the taste, quality, aroma and flavor. The tea is bland and uneventful. I wish I could return the unused tea bags because they are expensive! Don’t waste your time, money and tastebuds on this brand!
