I love the concept of a tough book! They’re designed for a rough use, have plenty of features, and a decent speed and ruggedness. This unit provides a lot of “bang for the buck”. It arrived in very good condition, the battery was charged 80%, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It came with windows 10 pro, and a decent amount of RAM. I would recommend this vendor for future purchases. Great ‘puter! I got a better 2.9GHz 3380 processor (instead of 2.7 GHz) and $200 upgrade backlit Chicklets keyboard (instead of rubber keys). Everything works great. It set up smoothly. No old junk or files. It’s like a new computer!!! THANK YOU 😺Note: I would not assume that every order comes with parts better than described. Great laptopBut the shipping was slow and it got lost

We have purchased several refurbs of the cf-31 this one by far has been the worse. we had to install drivers. the mouse has never worked. there are other issues as we use it daily that pop up. This also did not even ship until well after the dates given and we were charged well before it was shipped. We can make this work for what we do. So with this review I will say it is a refurb so it should not be prefect. While leaving this review it ask about light weight that is not a far question for this item it is tough-book they are rugged and heavy for a reason.

Unit is ok, but it doesn't looked cleaned, has major scratch across the top, screws are full of debris and has significant case edge wear.Thought it would look closer to new as was described. I emailed and asked how much it would cost to include a DVD writer and they were nice enough to offer to include it and advise me that they keyboard I wanted came with the unit normally. That was nice for sure, but I am disappointed that my unit didn't meet Amazon's description and hope that wasn't the cost of my free DVD writer.

Usually my number one concern is after purchase customer support. However in this case I messaged them through amazon and they sent me a new power supply hassle free. From someone who buys a lot here this is a GREAT product and even better company to do business with.

I had an issue with my first model not working correctly. Got in contact with the seller and we work it out. Got the replacement in and everything seem to be working correctly as should. I am happy with the purchase.Thanks again, Proton Computers:)
