I try a lot of packaged protein drinks to give to my training clients to ensure they get at least some protein after training. This one is clean and yummy without being cloyingly sweet. It's high priced but worth it for the ingredients. It's a good choice for a quick recovery drink before getting a high-quality recovery meal.

Make sure that it's cold. And make sure that you shake it very well

I have been ordering these shakes for upwards of 7 years. I have gone through phases drinking them but have ordered this specific shake EIGHTEEN times on Amazon. I can say that the quality has declined dramatically and stays low.. last 2-3 case have been inedible. Texture is thick and gloopy with these large chunks throughout. These are new cases and shakes are far from expired.I contacted customer service numerous times to help me rectify this issue / get a refund and they haven’t responded over numerous attempts in the last couple of months.I was such a fan and turned so many people onto these drinks and this brand but unfortunately will not be buying from this company anymore. Gross.

They shipped it with only two months before best by date. Went to drink one today and it turned into pudding only grosser. Couldn't pour out of bottle. Had to squeeze it out. I would recommend you only buy one case at a time and check the date as soon as you get itUpdate:Iconic made good on the bad product shipment. Even though their web site indicates they only guarantee product ordered from their web site. I decided to try anyway given that I bought 4 boxes of the stuff on Amazon day. I sent them a video of me trying to empty a bottle. Must have worked because they just sent me 4 replacement boxes, dated May 2024. They do seem to care about their reputation.

Twenty grams of protein, zero sugar (stevia sweetened), and 4g net carbs. If you are ok with a non-vegan protein drink (this mix contains milk) then I recommend it highly for some extra protein boost with decent taste.

The taste was very mild compared to other protein drinks. It's too early to feel or evaluate the health benefits, but it's always good to get greens and protein mixed together

I wanted to like this since I’m always looking for an easy protein drink to take with me in the car, that also has some health benefits. However, the texture contained congealed bits that were so unappetizing I had to spit them out. It happened with several of these no matter how much I shook them. I did not have an issue with other Iconic drinks nor other protein shake brands I have purchased.
