Great heavy duty massage chair
Fast delivery, great heavy duty massage chair in good quality, pretty comfortable and strong, well designed. Worth the money even looks a little more expensive than others. The other thing I like is the luggage. It is in good quality as well and has wheels for easy carrying. Also has extra space to put the massage oil in it.

Arrived used and broken
It arrived looking used. Zipper was broken on bag, and the bag was torn at the bottom were the wheels are. Not happy so I did a complete return.

Great product!
I bought Gymlane massage chair for my wife for gift. The package delivery arrived on time. Abeolutely She loves it as sturdy and easy to set up. For the price it is a great value for the money. It come with an perfect carry roller bag case that it slides easily. The awesome design and royal blue color can be matched with my house. The most part we love it as of the infinity adjustment which is easy for clean.

Parts broke after using two times. The latch also is loose

Potential good chair but I think mine was faulty
Padding and base are made great… but I’ve used the chair 3x and each time something broke or faulted for me. It’s as if it can’t be fixed either. And it just happens to be that I’m just out of brink of the return time. 🤦🏽♂️ it frustrating because the chair is pretty high price point

Great chair
The cushions as soft and squishy, I could sit comfortably for hours. I'm not used to the sitting with my knees elevated, so the removable knee rests are great. Folding the chair is easy enough. I've been trying to save space and I like how easily compactible and lightweight it is. I don't have to worry about it getting in the way when I can just fold and put it to the side. Overall great product.

Poor product, even poorer customer service. Purchase at your own risk.
After using this product for a few months we are very disappointed. It is very unstable and the headrest / chest support doesn't stay in place. When you lean against them they slowly sink down. We made two attempts to contact customer service at Master Massage & have never received a reply. This is even more concerning as we have many other Master Massage products and now we have to wonder what we will do if we have an issue with any of them.
