I love that this has B12 supplements along with natural ingredients to help manage my anxiety and depression. I’ve been on SSRIs almost all of my adulthood and this is helping me manage my emotions without all of the pharmaceuticals. I been taking it for over a year now and plan to continue ordering it and taking it daily.

I have had trouble with my hands shaking and this seems to be helping to curb that. Just started it so hopefully in time it will get better. I had issues with UPS Surepost delivery. The PO where I live is only open from 12-4 every day and they tried to deliver twice in the morning, eventually transferring it to UPS who finally delivered it. Took and extra 5 days to get it (there was a weekend in the middle). When I received it there were 2 stickers on the bottle that covered the directions and the ingredients so I had to pull it up on amazon . Why would you put stickers over that ?? Hopefully things will be better next time.

I have issues at times with anxiety. Zen takes the edge off of my difficult days with no side effects like brain fog, sleepiness, fatigue etc. Love that I can take it when needed and not have to be “drugged “ all the time.

I was taking RX for mood but started taking this instead since wanting something natural. Great product and works better than rx without side effects.

Love this product. I suffer from insomnia and zen is by far the one that works best. I get full and well rest sleep. Glad I found this.

i have been using this product for about six months because it works! Have known about your products for 10-20 years and, therefore, trust the brand. Since stress contributes negatively to hypertension and other conditions as well, I find that I can reduce hypertension with this product and greatly decrease meds.

Easy to swallow. Works fast....very calming .
