Leather, but it's not very durable. Mine ripped after 4 months.

Q: Will this band fit a Pixel Watch?

I would measure the band, they have a few sizes. These are nice bands, My only issue is that they are only coming with one loop on the band so the hangs out. I sent the manafsxture note indicating the band only have one loop. I have not heard back. I ordered three bands. A little disappointed.
