Perfect choice!
When considering a fast, I hold to the traditional way of trying to obtain a balance, and these are my preferred substitute for the actual unleavened bread.Also, they are great for snacking with cheese, vegiemite, or any other topping you would wish to use:-)

30 crackers: none broken!
It's hard to tell from the picture and description, but each box contains 30 appx. 2" square crackers. 6 packs is a LOT, but the price is right if you are shopping for a crowd.
