I got these as a gift for one of my adult friends along with a coloring book for Christmas. So far she's loving them. I did color with her one day ....and have a pretty large collection of coloring things....so can say these are decent pencils. This set has a good range of colors. They also have good leads that sharpen well and don't break easily. I've gotten pencils in the past that broke constantly. They go on well to the point they will do shading easily. This is good as a stand alone...or great starter kit for someone who enjoys coloring and wants to build a large variety of colors.

I bought these as a low cost way to do coloring books while I stay during hospital stays. They work great. Sometimes you have to push harder and go over the same spot depending on what color pencil though to get the color onto the page.

I bought the colored pencils because i bought a coloring book to help with stress and the colors were so vibrant in this pack and looked so pretty and gave me a lot of use!!
