Works faultlessly
This item was perfect for getting my WiFi extended up the garden and works a treat with good speeds

Brilliant
Have a cable running from my router out to a garden room which I use as an office. Internet speed is 170 mbps which is what I get from my main router wifi.It will be some time before I hit the limits of this. Would need an upgrade from my provider. You will need either a poe injector or a poe router. Both are common on here and eBay. Check the type of poe. One will power the HD while the other will power it and allow poe pass through.Signal is strong, stable and has a great range.

WiFi at its best
Those complaining of WiFi , you require this . However best to have professional who knows how to program , and does need to be wired. As I install these for a living in multi million pound homes with no complaints , they are great value for money from a great company .

Great for busy homes and smarthome users
Upgrade from a AC-Lite as I was having performance issues with 30 odd clients. These has more antennas and handles them much better! WiFi experience is up and no drop outs or slow downs.

Brilliant Ecosystem
The UniFi ecosystem is feature rich and yet super easy to set up. I've scrapped all my Apple Extremes and I'm now using UniFi instead. I replaced an existing CAT6 socket with this HD In-Wall and used its pass-through PoE port to power an Arlo cam at the same time. Now I have excellent wifi coverage all over the house using only 2 devices, where 4 Apple Extremes let me down.Just be aware that you need to run the controller software on another device somewhere.

Absolutely amazing!
If you're an advanced home user and are looking to upgrade from the regular customer gear - you're gonna love UniFi. This is a huge step up for an acceptable price.In-Wall HD beats any regular access point you've previously owned! My WiFi finally works exactly as I want! The best thing is that it has 4 ethernet ports (1 with PoE pass-thru) and you can even set ports to use different VLANs!Only complain is this: when this is connected to a UniFi switch - any device that is connected (via ethernet) to this device will show up (in controller) as connected to the same port on the switch (which itches my OCD).

Device Works Fine, Missing Screws, 3rd party company didnt want to know
Device works as expected but it was missing screws which is odd for a "new item" i reached out to the 3rd party for replacements but they didnt help.

Over priced rubbish
Typical Unifi, over priced rubbish. Mounting this thing is a nightmare, the back plastic is like a yogurt pot, so bends in all directions before the screws are tight enough to stop it moving. Then you try to fit the actual AP to the bracket and that twists the bracket in some other direction. Once you have faffed for an hour the front cover won't fit, so the ethernet cables won't go in the bottom. The POE pass through only seems to work intermittently. The one I had rebooted randomly every few days, or lost 1 of the 3 SSIDs on it.Replaced with a similar TPLink Omada EAP235- Wall unit, which has a thick steel bracket, ethernet ports that work, and doesn't reboot randomly.
