Very happy with Product arrived in very good shape! Just started taking it. I have high hopes for it. I also started taking Delta Gold (125 mg) Tocotrienols at the same time after one day I feel like I have less inflammation in my joints.

Kind of big to swallow but this company make good vitamins

I have taking this for years to help reduce ringing in ears. But I may have just found a cure for the dreaded taste, smell, and skin sensory problem. Not only did that happen to me the other night, but I also got that awful iron/copper metallic taste and smell. It smells like death. It’s awful. The next morning i thought to myself, well if this stuff helps blood flow to my ear nerves, maybe it could help with that. I took a couple of these at one time, along with a heaping of vitamin C. I noticed that I started to have a return of my senses although it wasn’t completely nor has the totality of the metallic taste and smell gone away, but it was better. I started taking it several times a day with two pills each along with vitamin c and d3 and k2. My senses have fully returned now (while I am still suffering from fevers and everything!!). It has now been three over two or three full days and it hasn’t come back!! Please try this if you lose your taste, smell, or skin sensory due to Covid. I looked it up after on the Internet and saw one similar report from someone. So it’s not just me. This stuff literally saved my from going insane with that metallic smell and taste. If you got that in addition to losing your smell and taste, you will know the true evil misery. Thanks to Solgar for making such a amazing product.

I was taking so much aspirin that I was popping out in red circles and marks all over my arms.A professional recommended I try citrus Bioflavonoids, so I'm using them now. I went from taking 500 mg twice/day to the full 1000mg in the morning. I really, really like Solgar - very high-quality line.I am VERY sensitive to ANY amount of Vitamin C (horrible diarrhea), and this professional told me that Bioflavenoids are the parts that help the Vitamin C strengthen cell walls, without adding Vitamin C directly.I am happy to report that I have not had diarrhea from these supplements, and my arms have cleared up 80% in less than a week!

Took weeks to arrive! It says it expires 02/2025!! That’s NOW and there are 250 tablets. I contacted Solgar so I’ll see what they say. They will probably be ok but I’m wondering why they’d send out something so close to being completely expired? I like this brand a lot. Not Amazon’s fault?

When I buy a product I've never tried before, I always read customer reviews..and most have been positive .. For a few months I've been plagued with senile purpura on my hands and arms and sometimes my face... just from sleeping the night before. The Hemotologist gave me all sorts of blood tests and told me there was NOTHING that could be done about this problem and showed me photos of others that shared these awful blotches. I rarely rave about a supplement, but after a week or two on these bioflavinoids, no new lesions occurred and the old ones are gone! Obviously this product helps strengthen the blood vessels and capillaries. It's amazing! Don't hesitate to purchase this if you are suffering with senile purpura! and... yes, it actually stopped the occasionally tinnitus noises in my ear as a sided benefit. Thank you Solgar!!!

Every time I take my life in my hands to ingest one of these tablets I've sworn I'm going to write this review & now here it is. I LOVE Solgar products. I have faith in this company & I buy any supplement that I use that I can source from them, because they have been around forever & I am comfortable I am getting the best on the market. But these tablets are AWFUL. I bought a nice big bottle of 250 & because they are more expensive I have been suffering through using them up. These things are HUGE! And DRY! And even when you chew them (which, unless you have the oral cavity & throat of a grouper fish you have to do) they are a real challenge to wash down. And even then, they disintegrate into this dry ordeal that has you coughing, even when you are swilling water or whatever trying to get them down your throat, past your windpipe, praying you don't aspirate any of it. I can't imagine what these people were thinking when they developed this product!! I suppose the quality could be characterized as "to die for", but in this case one may have a really good chance of doing just that(!) :):)
