Great artistic book. Fun for coffee tables. We love the photographer and the pics are fabulous!

When I was vacationing a few months ago and walked into a store with furniture, this book was open on the desk. I was memorized, and asked the clerk if I could purchase it, even though it was pretty worn. The store said it was not for sale but to go to the web to locate. Since I like Amazon, that is what I did. The book is so different in the photography. That is what is unique about this book. I never really looked at just the paw of an animal and truly thought about how it helps the animal survive. If you like animals from around the world and a different perspective of photography, this may be the book for you. Enjoy our unique animals!

This book has exquisite pictures. I had borrowed it from the library on semi-permanent loan :). When I had to return it, I found it at a reasonable price and bought it, because I loved it so much. The pictures are so detailed and lifelike, and the animals show such incredible emotion.

This book is absolutely incredible. The photos are uniquely shot and presented. Each photo seems to be in HD. Often, the animals display human qualities and features.My wife and I have purchased at least a dozen copies of this book since it was first printed (all from Amazon). We have given copies to our closest family members, friends and colleagues as holiday and special gifts. Everyone who has received a copy has been blown away.We highly recommend.

A new and creative way to photograph and display pictures of animal. A real plus for the coffee table!

The photography in this book is absolutely stunning. The luscious textures and beautiful colors of the animals are only made more apparent by the stark white backgrounds. I am going to buy 'Bird' as well. You will not regret this purchase. It's a wonderful gift (I have given it several times) and a book you will love to study the pages of for years to come.

This is a very inspiring book for me. However, as much as I can appreciate a good layout, I guess would favor more detail over white space.

I don't know who likes this book more - me or my 1 year old! She reads it over and over (with my help) and it's been great to help her learn animal names and sounds. No text, just gorgeous animal photography.
