Salty Licorice
I found out about this candy from a Swedish friend of mine and I had to try it. I like salt. I like black licorice. Which is exactly what this tastes like - salty black licorice. I quite like it. It’s not the best candy I’ve ever had but I keep reaching into the bag and eating more.

Hard as a rock and filling pullingly difficult to eat
Flavor is fine. But the product was so dried out it was tougher than leather and stuck to my teeth worse than the most aggressive toffee. Waste of money as I threw most of it out.

Hard and flavorless
I thought maybe the previous reviews complaining about rock hard candy were from a bad batch, but mine is really hard too. The saltiness barely lasts one second and the underlying licorice is way too sweet. It tastes more like vanilla than black licorice to me.

Swedish candy is not like American candy
It takes a while to get used to the unique taste. It’s not like American candy. I bought it because my grown kids who are 1/4 Swedish wanted to try it.

My favorite candy
Tasted as they should. I love them best when they are a bit older and less soft. These were fresh so I let them age properly 😂

NOT soft at all
Aren't these supposed to be soft like the description says? They're rock hard and it's like trying to chew through stale wax. I ultimately have to spit them out because they're impossible to chew through. The expiration date is fine, 5/3/2024. Just wondering if this is normal or if my bag was defective because feels like I just wasted $20+ for this.

Awesome Swedish licorice, not for the faint of heart!
Finally reached me today 5/13, after being sent from Denmark (!) with the infamous Dan/Swe co-owned postal carrier Postnord on 3/31... If I had known it would be sent from there, I would have cancelled the order. Packaging was good and Customs had surprisingly not opened the package... Considering the ongoing pandemics, I’m a bit amazed it was actually delivered. I guess I will disinfect my bag of super salty Swedish goodness, end enjoy it!
