The media could not be loaded. Lighter than expected. Seems like a solid build however appears to be drop shipping. Second purchase. Using them as chopsticks instead. They are beautiful and rustic looking.

Great quality as usual from those folks. I bought the 7” and I like the extra length.I have seven knives from Yoshihiro, as well as sharpening stones, tweezers, cutting boards et cetera. All high quality at a reasonable price.Also, their customer care is always attentive and supportive.

Craftsmanship is well done and beautiful. Helpful for me to have it by the ginger and wasabi, so the server can get it themselves. Instead of calling for me, when I am busy in rush hour or using their hands without gloves

Hurray, a very-high-quality set of moribashi that doesn't require a second mortgage. Seriously, I have always wanted a set, and these are absolutely perfect. Off to practice plating!!

I believe that shorter is better until you get the hang of things. I am profecient with wooden chopsticks, but it's going to take some prctice with these longer., more slender chopsticks

Was in the market for some super high end chopsticks. These are not them, would not know what to do with these even if i cooked. Very nice quality tho. I guess if you are a sushi shef and plating is your thing then this is for you. Really heavy for tweezers.
