This Bass is well worth it!
Hello my name is Clint, I ordered this bass wondering just how good that it was, to my surprise It sounds great! My amp is a Carvin 2kw mono block with ampeg 410 and 115 speakers, I have been playing bass for 50 years so was new what a bass from the 70's,80's and 90's and the cost. The two other basses that i own are Alembics, a 4 string spoiler and a 5 string SC series deluxe. a $2k and a $12k dollar basses. That's what i have been familiar with, this bass Brings respect to the table as far as sound and looks, I love it and thinking of getting a fretless version of one of them. I will upload a video when I get time, just got it 3 days ago and learning it.

Good sounding instrument.
The bass came with the action so low. Just had to adjust the bridge and the pickup height. It has only one volume and 4 tone controls. Once I get used to the control set up, I should by good to go. The body is pretty plain Jane. The Finnish is rough. The varnish is thin. A little more time on the Finnish and this bass would be worth twice the price!

1st six string
first , I think this bass is a good first 6 string bass to buy . I've never played a 6 string before so this will be the test to see if I even like playing 6 strings . The overall looks are great , i love the neck through build . there is a little spot on the back i wish was done better . it looks like a know in the wood amd they just finished it that way . It's mot enough to send back right now at this point . second , the volume knob had to be taken out and adjusted . third. the intonation is out . it's fretting our on every string .fourth. Looks like the tuning keys are off a little . I cant make any evaluation on the pickups at this time . they could need w little work too . we'll see . possibly more revue later . It looks beautiful . definitely weighs more than a 4 string and the wider neck will take time to get used to .

Very Beautiful Instrument, But Needs Some Work
First off, yeah she's beautiful to look at, and feel (very solid and heavy). BUT, the pre-amp is of an extremely low volume, so I'm getting that switched-out (as well as the pickups, to be on the safe-side). No use in tossing out an investment of only $300 on a beautiful and solidly constructed axe...just 'amp it up'. By time THAT'S DONE, the man implies it might be about $200, but no complaints from me, because I'll still have a 6-String Bass that's priced decently (and won't have to mortgage my house for). (No shame in getting the work done on it.)

I like it a lot after much setup
This bass is a lot of bass for the money. The build is solid and the neck plays well. The fret filler on mine was poorly finished and I keep thinking about sanding it smooth. I had to adjust everything to get good playing, new strings, intonation truss rod, nut filled and pickup height corrected. Out of the box it’s unplayable. Once set up, it’s actually a fantastic instrument. The pickups are mediocre but set up right. They work. I enjoy this bass way too much for $320. I hope others have the same or better experience. Cheers.
