Night splint foot brace wrap that treats plantar fasciitis and foot pain

I was skeptic at first because I had been doing stretching and using insoles for months with this pain in both feet underneath, running the entire arch. I thought it was just arch pain or low support. Sleeping with these on for 2 weeks on, 3-4 days off, one week on, and then intermittently has cured a year of podiatry pain. It was debilitating pain. I have not used these since the late spring in April as these have honestly cured the issues. I think my feet just needed support and training to feel straighter and more aligned. I believe it was hyper mobility with the ankle and heel allowing the foot to lean forward a lot when laying down for sleep. You cannot walk in these at all but they keep you entirely fixed. I have size 4 feet and they were comfy and fit well on ankles and were not to long on my feet. You can slide it up your ankle as suits. You can’t bend them and that makes it so simple to know if they work after a month. I wore them as much as I could for the first few days and even took them on a weekend trip I would be walking a lot for and they endured pain was gone by the morning. Only thing I’ll recommend for arch and plantar facias.

I actually really like this. It is lightweight, simple and uncomplicated in design, easy to put on, comfortable and gets the job done. Velcro straps are strong too. It would be five stars but for two oversights.1. The foot strap is at the bottom so for someone like me that uses a wheelchair it gets caught on the rug etc when I am trying to do transfers.2. No ankle support so if your foot does not does not point straight e.g due to drop foot, it does not fully help with that

I wanted to wait till I had had this for a while before reviewing it. Mainly so I could see if it made a difference. When choosing to buy this I wanted to see reviews that showed it had helped. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and it was becoming unbearable and difficult to walk in the mornings. At first using this was uncomfortable, I got used to it eventually. I've been wearing it every night in bed for about 3 weeks now. I get a slight pain walking after I've taken it off, but that wears off and I wouldn't say I'm pain free everyday all day...... BUT I would say this splint has made a significant difference in my plantar, and it has helped me immensely. Well worth the money in my opinion. Takes some getting used to, but it's definitely helped.

Don’t keep your feet from dropping. Uncomfortable and unnecessary faffing

I've been using this for about 10 days now and it has definitely made a difference.I noticed a slight improvement on day 1 when getting out of bed was less like stepping on Lego and more like prodding a nasty bruise. 9 more nights and I am now pretty much over the main discomfort within an hour of being up and about, so the net result is a bit of a substantial win as far as I'm concerned.On the one night that I did not do it up tightly, it was much worse in the morning, so the only drawback is that you have to find the balance between cutting off the circulation to your toes and it being totally ineffective. When you have the hang of it though, the splint is a good tool to have in the box.Overall, if you suffer from plantar fasciitis, I think that this is worth the money, just keep your expectations realistic - but if you have a bad case, I suspect that you will take that as a big win like I have!

No idea how this was supposed to work for Plantar Fascilitis! Very difficult to attatch if you have any arhtritis in hands and or hip. Once I had struggled for 15mins it just didn't feel right and you have no chance of walking anywhere with it on, ( to the loo, in the night ) I still don't understand why the hard strip was in the front. I had to return it.

Bought this as a replacement splint for severe plantar fasciitis pain. It's lightweight and easy to throw in the bag when you're travelling, it is a bit of a faff to fit properly if you have trouble bending and twisting but once it's applied correctly it isn't too intrusive and makes a difference. You can't walk in it, so it's best applied when you're settled for the night or a few hours but you can tell the difference having worn it.

I’ve been wearing this brace for about 2 months and it’s made a difference. I wish that some instructions or information had accompanied the brace, thus the four stars. It took me a week to figure out that I was wearing it upside down (was putting foot strap around my calf), that the foot strap should go under the arch rather than the ball of my foot, etc. Was wondering what the best angle of the brace should be as the metal plate can be bent to increase or decrease the angle. This all would have been very helpful to know.

Tener que usarlo no mola pero ya que estás fastidiado al menos viene bien tener uno de estos. Es sencillo, nada aparatoso y funciona.

Está bien y es cómoda , y sujeta bien el pie para la facitis que padezco ,la recomiendo .

El articulo es de buena calidad pero no me ha dado resultado, el dolor no desaparece e incluso me genera dolor en otras zonas del pie. No digo que sea un mal producto, sólo que a mi no me ha funcionado.
