Just as described. Not much to say about this item, you need it? ...Get this. The pen light is a little larger than I thought it would be. They sell smaller snellen eye charts, this is one of the larger ones, it still fits in a lab coat pocket.

False advertisement, doesn't come with the pen
If I had just wanted the eye chart I could have gotten it for a lot cheaper. I ordered this because of the pen, however no pen was included. Disappointed!!
