Technique matters to make the most out of the beans.
Price: one of the cheapest you can get for 01 kg.Freshness: In order to keep it that way keep in a air tight jar. And use only the qty you require to grind.Flavor: Rest assured it has its fair share of flavor provided you can extract it. And the best way to do it is to grind the beans just before you are making the coffee. Trust me, after that whether you r making through moka pot or espresso machine, you will get a thick crema. For 01 cup 02 tablespoon coffee bean grind is reqd.If you are into black coffee, mix 1:1 with hot water. If into milk coffee, mix 1parts concoction with 2 parts foamed milk. You are bound to get restaurant like flavor. The key is to grind it fresh.Hope this info helps you to dive into the rich aroma and flavor of your beans.

On brewing - not the greatest, but there is value at this price-point !
First purchase : Positives: This coffee's aroma was just fantastic when it was opened just after it arrived - it was a freshly roasted bag as per the date on the pack as well. *I couldn't wait to brew it and did so the very next morning. However the flavor was a bit let down - both when drunk black and with milk + sugar using a traditional S.Indian drip vessel*. All in all - the flavor & taste was more like a Rs.450 plus per Kg pure coffee that you can purchase in the many small shops in Bangalore / other small towns in S.India. I must however congratulate Amazon for making it possible for producers to directly ship to consumers and for this producer to follow Organic farming methods. My recommendation is that you first try a smaller sample - say a 500 gm bag.Second purchase : I got another bag because of the COVID lock-down (June 2020), I must say this time the taste & flavor was decent. In part this could be because I have got used to this bean or perhaps the roast was better. I'm kind of struck without access to comparison coffee shops.

Good product but needs quality control
I have now purchased this product twice. Was very happy the first time. Product was excellent in flavour. The next time, I found the roasting very uneven. There were many beans that were burnt and broken, while some remained mildly roasted. This altered the flavour. Also the colour of the Bru was very dark. Also not sure if the beans are 100% Arabica. Also they pack the beans in 2 pouches of 500g each. That’s good, but the packing quality is poor. Found one of the packages split open in the middle.

Perfect beans for French press - balanced flavour without any acidity
Good coffee at great prices is hard to find. It has practically no acidity and bitterness. Since these are full beans, you can grind and make the Nordic KOKMALT. It came out great.Packaging was good. I ordered 1 Kg and came in a resealable bag. There were .2 smaller punches inside. On original inspection, the beans seem to be unevenly roasted. But the taste comes out great. The packaging indicates it is from a single estate.I went for this as during the height of lockdown I was surging on instant coffee and my regular shop was not shipping. I now have 2: regular shops.

Not impressed at all! :-(
Well, I am being kind with the review - keeping in mind, the price I paid for it was reasonable and I wasn't expecting to be bowled over anyways. The product is being sold by people most likely who don't really understand coffee or coffee is likely to be one of the products they offer and therefore not specialise in coffee. The coffee is not dark roast as mentioned in the description - to me that itself is bad enough to call them names :-)It is a medium roast - with uneven roasting. On opening the packet I felt a dull caramel chocolate aroma with subdued coffee (very subjective description). The second thing one notices is it was not at all freshly roasted (no roasting date mentioned).Since I had a kg of it I decided to try to drink it anyways - hoping the brewing might uncover some greatness - I tried it on Aeropress with different recipes as also with the home espresso machine.I am not a coffee snob, just enjoy a good cuppa Joe so I wouldn't say it's terrible - just that, I didn't savour the coffee - pretty dull cup - with not much going for it.I must point out here that I am a black coffee person - and that is a saving grace, as it just can not take milk. You would be sitting on a cup of totally watered down coffee from adding too much decoction to get some taste.Another thing that I found out was the customer care number on the packet doesn't work, on checking their website, ditto. Not a good sign.Guys time to wake up and smell the coffee - good coffee! :-)and what's with funny description Pure N Natural? Isn't all coffee natural? Pure? Thank god it's not adulterated with cocoa beans... like other brands do ha ha ha ha... just pulling leg (bad coffee=bad jokes)

Good for Regular Black Coffee Drinkers
Roast Freshness: 15 days old when delivered ( Packaged well in two 500gms packets)Roast Strength: Blend of Light and medium , with occasional dark beans which give it that tiny bit of bitterness not in a bad wayAroma : Nutty & Caramely Nothing overpowering, Decent , pleasant with no cross unpleasant smells or added spicesCorse Grind appearance & aroma: The grind appeared to be a medium roast , little oily , smelled nutty and pleasantTasting notes (black coffee , Coarse grind, Drip extracted): Slightly on the sweeter side, Mellow, mild to Delicate, Trace of bitterness (not offensive) , ends with a creamy texture . Leaves a refreshing chocolate-nutty taste behind.Overall : Perfect for everyday use, Above average . Doesn’t leave your breath smelling of smokey coffee. Perfect for Black coffee drinkers, People who add milk or creamers would find it rather mild.
