Fast delivery, easy installation.
Works fine. we found we have to replace the tanks after 7-9 years, must be from the molding process, or just the way plastic ages. But it's easy to install replacement tanks. Much cheaper than putting in plumbed sprayers...

Poor design and Quality
These eyewash stations have a number of design flaws. I recently installed 4 units in a manufacturing facility and have experienced leaking form all 4 units. Issues are listed below.1) The rubber/metal straps on each side of the water container do not securely hold down the container. We actually had to shim them to have a chance of putting pressure on the container. This creates a poor seal between the container and the base.2) These need to be flushed every 120 days. Guess what happens when you need to change the water tank, it spills all over...3) There isn't a way to fill the tank unless it is taken off the base. The 15 minute fill line is about a half inch from the top of the tank, so if you test the unit's operation weekly you will end up below the 15 minute fill line before the 120 day flush.4) Seal between the base and the tank is not consistent. 2 of our 4 units had deep impressions in this seal material, causing a poor seal and leakage.Check out the Haws 7501 for an alternative that may not have any of the above issues. Stay away from this product.

Look elsewhere, unless you like paying to replace tanks every 6 months-1 year.
Absolute garbage. I replaced a decade-old tank in Nov of 2014. Had to replace THAT tank in Nov 2015. Now, in May 2016, the tank is once again cracked and leaking. I'm not sure what has happened but the quality of their tanks has gone WAY downhill, and they aren't exactly cheap to replace. Their customer service is absolutely NON-EXISTENT. I emailed about warranty information, and received a request for pictures. I sent the pictures that day, showing the setup, and the cracks in the tank. After this, they simply ghosted me, and I've heard nothing. Ridiculous... this unit stands on top of one of the Bradley carts, completely out of the way, and manages to develop cracks? In a strictly temperature controlled environment? Forget this unit, and look elsewhere.
